- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Alternative meal options are available for guests with special dietary requirements. Please make your request upon booking.
- Please note that the ripening of grapes relies on the right climate. The scheduled tour may not be the best day for grape picking or eating. Therefore, it is possible that you will be served pre-harvested fruit to eat.
- Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to bad weather. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Infants 3 to 5 years old will be served a Hoto hotpot set for lunch.
- Please note that pick-ups may be delayed due to traffic congestion.
- Please note that the sightseeing cart/ chair lift rides may not be available due to heavy rain. Fare refunds (JPY500/person) will be issued on site and the tour will be altered accordingly.
The cart operates automatically with a push of a button. It navigates and stops at designated locations.
Each cart can carry a maximum of 4 people. Two carts will be provided for groups of more than 4 people. Solo travelers might have to share a cart with other participants. - A decision on whether to cancel the tour due to weather conditions will be decided by 15:00 (Japan Standard Time) a day prior to the tour. You will be informed of this via email.
- A staff will accompany you from the designated meeting place and will only provide you with basic information about the tour. Please note that you will be given brochures in your preferred language (English or Chinese) about the sightseeing areas.
- The itinerary was planned in accordance to the autumn leaves viewing season from the previous years. However, the best viewing locations differ depending on weather conditions. The visit to a viewing place may be shortened when the autumn leaves are not in good condition. Also, the place will be entirely skipped if it is closed due to snowfall.
