- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 21 business days to 17:00 local time, 11 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 11 business days to 17:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- The fireworks yakatabune has a long boarding time, and disembarkation is not possible except in emergencies. If you have any health concerns or are not feeling well, please refrain from boarding.
- Our boat strictly prohibits the boarding of organized crime groups, anti-social forces, and individuals associated with such groups.
- The tour may not be conducted if the number of participants is less than 20.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- There is no child pricing available.
- The boat will depart on schedule, so please be punctual. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.
- Seat assignments are not available, and you may be seated with other guests. Please understand this arrangement.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the boat except for designated smoking areas. (Smoking is not allowed during the cruise.)
- If the fireworks display is canceled on the day of the event, the regular price of 16,500 yen per person (tax included) for the 2-hour 30-minute course will apply for the yakatabune party. Please note that there will be no fireworks viewing. We will refund the price difference by bank transfer for the amount you have paid.
