A unique chef who transitioned from a celebrated French cuisine expert to the successor of Takedanogosoryu Shojin Ryori.
A 600-year-old culinary tradition that emphasizes subtle flavors and the natural essence of ingredients, with each dish infused with Zen philosophy.
Experience both traditional dishes like "Oden" and "Oban" and Sankoin's original creations such as "Koei Tofu" and "Kogarashi."

- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
*If a child participates, the accompanying guardian will also be charged the full participation fee.

- Shojin Ryori is not the same as vegan cuisine. Please note that seasonings such as sugar are used in the preparation.
