Exchange your voucher for a ticket at major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations using designated ticket vending machines for travelers. Scan the QR code on your voucher at the machine to receive your ticket.

*Exchanges can also be made at Tokyo Metro station offices, except for certain stations (e.g., Kitasenju on the Hibiya Line, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wako City, Shibuya on the Hanzomon and Fukutoshin Lines, and Meguro). For assistance, contact station staff at the ticket gate.
