- As a general rule, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to participate, as they are often unable to watch silently without talking or moving.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Guests using crutches, walking sticks, walkers, etc. are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Additional notes
- The start time for tours of the sumo training hall varies depending on the room you are visiting. Tours usually start between 8:00 and 9:00.
- In a sumo stable, you cannot leave your seat until practice is over.
- Please be sure to follow the guide's instructions during the program. We will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of not following the guide's instructions.
- Please note that depending on the room, you may be seated directly on the wooden floor.
- If you require special consideration due to religious reasons, physical or other conditions (illness, allergies, etc.), or the age of children or others, please be sure to inquire in advance at info@truejapantours.com to confirm whether the program can be carried out.
