Experience the traditional Japanese sport of sumo up close by observing morning practice! Witness the intense clashes between wrestlers on the sacred ring, and their daily dedication to honing their skills for the tournament.
Following the sumo morning practice observation, you will be able to ask any questions you may have to a sumo specialist who is a national newspaper journalist.

- A sumo stable is not a tourist facility. Sumo practice is a serious competition. Please participate with an understanding that there are strict rules for spectators. If you cannot pay respect to the master or wrestlers and follow the rules, you may be asked to leave without being allowed re-entry or a refund.
- Please do not enter the sumo stable without permission.
- Please remove your shoes and sit on the tatami mats with your legs crossed. Do not stretch your legs towards the ring. Showing the soles of your feet to the wrestlers is considered disrespectful.
