- Once you enter the theater, you cannot leave until the end of the performance
- Please note that Premium Seats (Crescent Moon Seats) are not included.
- Depending on the time and film, seats may be fully booked, and you may not be able to enter at your preferred time.

- Please arrive approximately 20 minutes before the showtime. If the show is full or has already started, we will not be able to provide tickets for your desired time slot. If you have a preferred time, please arrive early.
