We enjoyed every minute of this workshop! The teacher was very informative and gave everyone personal attention, making suggestions and only too happy for us to continue practicing if we weren't confident of going onto our personal glass. At the end, she glamour shot our glasses, showing them off beautifully. We will definitely be back to try a harder design. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so professional and kind. I learned a lot about the preparation the pilots and flight attendants go through in order to qualify to work for all Nippon airways. The only thing I can add is that some people went on the hanger tour also and that sounds like a lot of fun.

A great opportunity to learn more about airlines and the aviation industry. The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent introduction, making it an enjoyable experience.

We had such a great time creating our little cupcake and fruit tart! The instructor was so kind and spoke very good English, while simultaneously explaining to another group of visitors in Japanese. I would like the more time for the tour! The staff are good for asking professional questions. In short, a good tour experience.

The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my native language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.
