A great opportunity to learn more about airlines and the aviation industry. The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent introduction, making it an enjoyable experience.

The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my native language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.

This was a fantastic workshop! The instructor gave great explanations and instructions and speaks English. Very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I did this as a mummy daughter experience and we loved it!
