Everyone was so professional and kind. I learned a lot about the preparation the pilots and flight attendants go through in order to qualify to work for all Nippon airways. The only thing I can add is that some people went on the hanger tour also and that sounds like a lot of fun.

A great opportunity to learn more about airlines and the aviation industry. The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent introduction, making it an enjoyable experience.

We had such a great time creating our little cupcake and fruit tart! The instructor was so kind and spoke very good English, while simultaneously explaining to another group of visitors in Japanese. The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my native language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.
