Driver on time, easy to find, had to wait a bit for another passenger but otherwise all went smoothly and dropped at front entrance of hotel. Driver was pleasant and professional. Will definitely use service again.

Found this transfer on the web and booked it for the two of us to get from our hotel in Tokyo Bay to Diamond Princess in Yokohama.
Although it was booked as a shared shuttle, when the minibus arrived in true Japanese eff... moreiciency 5 minutes early, we were happy to learn that we were the only two passengers.
The driver was very friendly and professional, and we arrived at the ship in good time.

The driver was very helpful and friendly. It was probably not his fault as he was probably following instructions, but he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The hotel we are staying is part of a chain which has hotels wi... moreth the same name. I checked the original confirmation and the address I provided was correct. We had to book another ride to get to the correct hotel.
