- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 2 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Required items to bring & attire
- You may arrive with any kind of attire and makeup.
- Bra-top shirts or bras that cross over in the back are not suited for this experience.
- Only theatrical make-up is available, so please feel free to bring your own make-up to apply once your make-up has been removed.

- All outfits are standard Japanese medium to large sizes, however for people who require larger sizes, a loose fitting dressing-style will be applied for fitting purposes.
- Please do not take photos with your own camera or smart phone inside the studio. There is a separate photo area for you to take selfies and other photos on your own device.
- Participants with short hair may not be able to do a traditional hair arrangement.
- Please be advised that the staff is able to speak a limited amount of English.
- For those who add the tate hyogo add-on, please note that you will not be able to do any poses lying down.
