私たちのATVアドベンチャーはマシャルが案内してくれましたが、彼は素晴らしかったです！ATVは運転しやすく、トレイルは楽しく、景色は本当に美しいです。ツアーの途中にはたくさんの写真撮影の機会があります。映画、ハワイの文化、冒険が好きな方には、このエクスカーションはぴったりです！

Our ATV Adventure was led by Marshall who was excellent! The ATVs are easy to drive, the trails are fun, and the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the tour. If you like movies, Hawaiian culture, and adventure - this excursion is for you!

ホロカイカタマランとのシュノーケリングツアーを本当に楽しみました。クルーはとても気配りがあり、面白くてフレンドリーでした。水中でウミガメを見ることができるように配慮してくれ、クルーズ中は私たちが大丈夫か、何か手助けが必要かを定期的に尋ねてくれました。彼らの注意事項はとても温かく丁寧で、押し付けがましくもなく、特に子供たちには嬉しいものでした。

シュノーケリング自体は少し残念でしたが、ホロカイのせいではありません。たまたまとても混雑する時期に行ったため、同じ場所で他のツアーボートがいくつもシュノーケリングをしていて、水中が混雑していました。他のシュノーケラーを避けながら泳ぐのは少しストレスでしたが、ホロカイのクルーは私たちと一緒に水中にいて、ウミガメや魚を見るために最善を尽くしてくれました。

シュノーケリングの後、クルーは私たちをボートから飛び込ませて自由に泳がせてくれました。その後、帆を上げてダイヤモンドヘッドを超えて楽しいクルーズに連れて行ってくれました。これは間違いなく子供たちのお気に入りの部分でした。

ホロカイに感謝します。このエクスカーションを私たちの家族にとって楽しく刺激的なものにしてくれて。

We really enjoyed our snorkeling trip with Holokai Catamaran. The crew was very attentive, funny and friendly. They made a point to make sure we saw turtles while we were in the water, and they periodically asked if we were doing ok or needed help with anything throughout the cruise. Any cautionary instructions that they gave us were very warm and polite, not bossy or curt which was especially nice for the kids on our trip.

The snorkeling itself was a little disappointing, but it had nothing to do with Holokai. We just happened to go at a time of year that was really busy. There were several other tour boats snorkeling in the same spot, so the water was crowded. It was a little stressful navigating around other snorkelers and trying to avoid getting a flipper in your face. But again the Holokai crew was in the water with us doing their best to make sure we were seeing turtles and fish.

After snorkeling, the crew let us jump off the boat and swim freely in the water. After that they put up the sails and took us for a super fun ride out past Diamond Head. That was definitely our kids’ favorite part of the experience.

Jackson and Sandy were amazing showing us the island. Apart from fact that they are awesome, they had great knowledge about the island and places you can explore. Overall I had a great time and would definitely recommend people to try the island tour. Cheers!

My ATV guide was horrible really rude and really unprofessional. He said I was drifting and speeding when I was the atv right behind him therefore I don’t see how I can be drifting or speeding if I couldn’t even go more then 15 miles an hour. He then continued to lecture me like I was a little kid over the video that I watched when I answered all the questions right he was shocked. Singled me out for some reason and I don’t appreciate that at all specially when the tour was about 150 per person I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anybody in the future

After my group was picked up another couple was picked up. I was disappointed because they were picked up across the street from the condo we were staying at. My group had to take a 15 minute walk to The pick up location that they told us. We could have slept in a little bit later and had breakfast. The ride to Diamondhead was simple and quick. Once you get to the location they do you have food trucks if you want to grab food or something to drink. As we were entering we were ask for tickets. Our driver did not give us the tickets to enter the hiking trail. We called the company no one answered and we did not have the phone number to the shuttle driver. The staff at Diamondhead did not want to let us in. however after taking sympathy on as they were nice and let us in. They could have said no and we would have to have sat in front of Diamondhead for 2 1/2. If you book with this company make sure your driver gives you your blue ticket for entry into the park.

After the hike it was a madhouse because the afternoon tours were coming in and the morning tours were going out. I received a phone call and it was a new shuttle driver who was supposed to take us to our original shuttle driver because he was caught in some type of traffic. It was a tight squeeze because this new shadow was much smaller than the ones that we came in on. The drive was really nice he gave us kind of like a sightseeing tour as we were going to the drop off location. We all get out and we’re kind of just standing around waiting. He tells us that the original shuttle driver is coming (he never showed). For people decided not to continue on with the second hike. So the shuttle driver said that instead of us waiting he could take us now because it was a smaller group. This isn’t their first time doing these tour so I would have expected things to run a lot smoother. I do recommend shopping around for different tour companies.

This experience was absolutely breathtaking and I would do it over again in a heartbeat!! Our ship crew kept the drinks flowing and energy moving!! If you are looking for a sunset cruise this is the one to book!

The boat ride was awesome but what really made it great was Kia! She made sure that everyone had a full drink at all times! The view was also very nice. I would definitely recommend.

First off, I would like to say thank you too Matt for being our tour guy! You’ve made it so much fun for me and my partner. We enjoyed every hurtles along the way lol. Every destination point we stopped at had a story behind the mountains and island. I thought Matt did an excellent job connecting the mountains history to us. The view was spectacular and it definitely took my breath away. I would highly suggest everyone to bring dusk shields or neckgaters to protect yourself from dusk. At one point my partner and I were stuck going up on the incline due to the excessiveness of wet mud from the rain. Lol. We felt so bad for the people behind us (mud bath accident). However, it was a fun experience. I highly recommend booking the 2 hour ATV ride! You will not regret it (: thank you Matt for a wonderful ride. -Cece

午前9時の1時間の乗馬ツアーに参加しました。このツアーは初心者向けのトレイルライドで、私にはぴったりでした！長ズボンを履き、つま先の閉じた靴を履くのを忘れないでください。トレイルにはあまり日陰がないので、日焼け止めをたっぷり塗り、サングラスを着用してください。

もしガンストックランチでATVも体験するなら、ツアーを連続して行うことをお勧めします。このツアーは数週間前に予約が埋まってしまい、連続して参加できませんでした。午前9時の乗馬を終えた後、ハレイワでランチを取る時間があり、その後午後2時のATVツアーのためにランチを終えてランチに戻りました。これを行う場合は、交通渋滞を考慮して十分な時間を持って出発してください。ノースショアの交通は予測不可能で、渋滞に巻き込まれることがあり、ツアーに遅れる可能性があります。

We did the 9am 1-hour horseback. This tour is a trail ride meant for beginners - which was perfect for me! Don't forget to wear long pants and wear closed-toed shoes. There isn't much shade on the trail so wear plenty of sunscreen and wear sunglasses.

If you do the ATV at Gunstock Ranch too, try to do the tours back-to-back. This tour booked out a few weeks in advance and I wasn't able to do the tours back-to-back. We did the 9am horseback, had some time to grab lunch in Haleiwa, then came back to the ranch for our 2pm ATV tour. If you do this, make sure you leave with plenty of time to allow for traffic. Traffic on the North Shore can be unpredictable and you can be caught in bumper to bumper traffic which might make you late for the tour.

We did the 2pm ATV tour. The ATV is covered so you'll be in the shade for the drive. Gorgeous ranch! Just a reminder, this is a guided ATV tour. As in, the GUIDE will drive the ATV (not you!).

これはとても素晴らしい体験でした！私と夫にとってハワイは初めてで、これはおすすめのアクティビティでした。ツアーを本当に楽しみ、ガイドのリズはとても情報豊かで面白かったです :) クアロアランチは間違いなく訪れるべき場所で、オアフ島の山々を間近で見ることができ、さらにこの地域で撮影された映画のスポット（「ジュラシック・ワールド」など、最も多くのロケ地がある映画の一つ）も楽しめます。行く予定のある方には、ほこりに備えてバンダナやそれに類似したもので顔を覆うことをお勧めします。ほこりは本当にどこにでもついてしまうので、快適で簡単にほこりを払える服装を着ることをお勧めします。

This was a pretty cool experience! It was my husband and I’s first time in Hawaii and this was a recommended activity to do. We really enjoyed the tour and our guide Liz was really informative and funny :) Kualoa Ranch is definitely a go-to as it just gives a closer view and experience to some of the mountains in Oahu plus all of the movie spots filmed in the area (Jurassic World as one of the movies with the most sites). I would advise for anyone going to just be prepared for the dust, cover your face with a bandana or something similar, dust really gets EVERYWHERE so wear something comfy and easy to just pat off the dust.

Awesome experience, would highly recommend doing this in your first couple of days to Oahu. Helps make you your own itinerary and places you want to go spend time at on your own. Just wish there had been more stops in the tour.

We loved Ryan, our guide! She was funny, knowledgeable and had the best spirit! We were covered in dirt from head to toe but loved every minute of it! The lunch was great and the view was beautiful. Loved the ranch!

The ATV tour was a fun afternoon! Tour guide was very friendly and had lots of stories and fun facts to share. If your family is looking for an adventure, book this tour. We got very dirty but had a great time !

We definitely recommend this tour to everyone, both adults and kids! We ate so much good food and saw amazing sights around the island of Oahu. We will be back the next time we’re on the island for sure!!

This was a nice calm and fun group activity to do as a family. This is a great way to relax and enjoy the outdoors in any weather. Great for kids and even your older family members. My kids in their early twenties had a blast and my son (22) said this was his favorite adventure of the trip! Our tour guide was absolutely fun and engaging. What a great day.

Everything about our tour was amazing! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and polite, the park was beautiful, and we never felt bored. It did rain a little but that wasn’t a problem. I do recommend bringing glasses and an extra mask or face covering because the UTVs do kick up a lot of dust. 5/5 stars would recommend. Much wow!

ツアー当日のガイドは和田さんでした。
車両は、ドライバーさん含めて7人乗りのオデッセイで迎えに来てくださいました。丁寧でとても親切にアテンドしてくださいました。私は、バースストーンに凄く興味があったのでとても楽しみにしていました。到着すると、和田さんは10分程度詳しくバースストーンの説明をしてくださいました。和田さんは、以前ここに駐車してお客様をご案内していたら、窓ガラスを破られて自分の荷物を盗まれた事があったので心配ですので、皆さんの荷物も見ておきますと言われ、私はここで、ゴミ拾いをしながら皆様をお待ちしておりますね。と言われておりました。ゴミ拾い？と思いましたが、ハワイの王族の方がとても大切にされている神聖な場所だと言うことを言われていたのでだからかな？と思いました。確かに、周りには沢山のタバコの吸い殻や、ゴミが落ちていました。いつもゴミ拾いをなされているそうです。素晴らしい方だなと思いました。ツアー自体は本当に素晴らしいの一言です。さすが高評価なだけはあります！値段以上の価値があります！せっかくのハワイ！素晴らしいツアーに参加できて本当によかったです！パンケーキもマラサダも、アイスも最高に美味しかったです！もちろんガーリックシュリンプもです！私がチョコレート工房のことを尋ねると行きますか？とご案内してくださいました！美味しいチョコレートも食べることができて幸せすぎました♡何よりおもてなしの心がすごいです！いつも感謝の気持ちを忘れずにいるといいことがあるとしり毎日感謝して生きてます笑♡夜遅くまでご案内して下さいまして本当にありがとうございました♡また絶対にこのツアーで参加しますね！皆さんこちらのツアーに騙されたと思って是非参加してみて下さい！本当に満足しますよ♪感謝

Our tour guide was the best Kulani! Very informative tour of Oahu. Just a little helpful tip to people buying this tour. The information for the tour indicates breakfast included, however it wasn't an adequate breakfast. It was a hawaiian donut and water. Maybe it would better to say small snack included instead of breakfast. Our tour guide is an asset to his employer. If you've never been to Oahu, you should take the tour! I went with my family of 7 which included 5 adults and 2 teenagers. They loved it!

This was such a great way to see the amazing sights of Oahu without the hassle of driving or looking/paying for parking! The bus was clean including the restroom and we felt safe being driven by our guide Kalani. He was both humorous and informative, we could tell he really loved his culture and the island.

The time allotted for each location was perfect. It was a long, adventurous day but we enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely book with this tour company should we visit the island again.

What an experience! The highlight of our vacation. Marshall was our tour guide. He was awesome. Super fun. He knew so much about the land and it’s history. So many movies filmed on this location. Ladies, leave the make up at home and don’t even bother doing your hair, you get very dirty, and will walk away covered in dirt. Wear the goggles provided. These atv’s go fast and the ride can get a bit scary at times, but it is 100% safe. The sights on the tour are breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!

働く牧場の裏側を巡るツアーは楽しかったです。ガイドのエミリーは素晴らしい仕事をしました。速いペースのツアーではなく、牧場を横断するワイルドででこぼこの乗り心地です。夕日のディナーは家族にとって素敵でした。丘の上でプライベートに、美味しいディナーとスモアを楽しみました。私の意見では、価値があります。天気は良く、ショーツでジャケットは必要ありませんでした。ただ、時々雨が降ると言っていましたが、私たちが行った日は降りませんでした。

The tour through the back country of the working ranch was fun, our guide Emily did a great job. It’s not a fast paced tour but a wild and bumpy ride across the ranch. The sunset dinner was cool for the family. It was private on the top of a hill with a delicious dinner and s’mores. Worth it in my opinion. Weather was good shorts and no jackets. But they did say it rains sometimes. Just not the day we went.

Lola our driver was awesome! She was funny and knowledgeable and helpful. The stops she made for photos were prime spots and we got some great shots. Very helpful in letting us know good places to eat and shop as well. Excellent tour!

ガイドは和田さんです。
口コミがあまりにも良いので申し込みましたがまったく期待外れでした。
というか若干トラウマレベルです。
まず迎えの車がただのステーションワゴンだったのがショックでした。
助手席にはアシスタントの女の子が乗っていて定員ギリギリ。
他のツアー客と肩を寄せ合って長時間揺られるのはほんとキツかった。
ツアー客全員が揃った時点で和田さんがまず語りはじめたのがチップの話です。
日本人はチップの相場をわかってないだの、普通は1人20%は払うものだ、などなど…
狭い車に揺られ（この時は真ん中の席で景色も楽しめなかった）予定外の高額チップ要求の話をされこの時点でテンションダダ下がり。
名物のパンケーキも楽しみにしていましたが車の中で配られ飲み物がない…
どうせ別料金でお金を取るんだから飲み物もいるかどうかくらい確認して一緒に買ってきて欲しかった。
その後もマージン入るんだろうなぁと思われるものすごく高いチョコレート店に連れて行かれたりしました。（和田さん、そのチョコレート屋さんのTシャツ着てました）
すっかり日が落ちてからパワーストーンの場所に行きましたが、真っ暗な中をかなり歩かなければ石のところまで辿り着かないとのこと。
和田さんは「俺、このあたりのゴミ拾ってるから」と自分は車から離れず、アシスタントの女の子1人に暗闇の中のガイドをやらせました。
その子も懐中電灯を持っているわけでもなくスマホのライトだけだったので、とにかく足元が暗く危なかったです。（ジーンズだったのに3箇所も蚊に刺されました）
その日は雨が降ったりやんだりだったのですが、パワーストーンの場所は赤い土で雨上がりだと泥がすごく、スニーカーを履いていましたが泥がこびりついてホテルに帰ってからバスで洗っても取れないくらいひどかったです。
和田さんはそれをわかっててアシスタントの女の子1人に行かせたのだと思います。
全行程終わりホテルに着くころ和田さんが口コミの話をし始め「いちばんいい評価だけいれてください。それ以外であれば口コミは入れないでください。」と言いました。
ほんと怖いです。
自分のアドレスも知られているので今まで口コミできませんでしたが、ずいぶん時間が経ったので正直な口コミを入れようと思いました。
ちなみに教えたメールアドレスに送ってくれると言っていたツアー中に撮った写真も送ってくれていません。
チップは20ドル、私と母それぞれ支払いました。
（アシスタントの女の子にもたしか同じ金額を渡した気がします）
自分だけだったらここまで後をひくことはなかったのですが、母を楽しませたいと悩み抜いて選んだのがこのこのツアーだったのでいまだに嫌な気持ちになります。

私の家族と私はデラックスオアフグランドサークルアイランドツアーをとても楽しみにしていました。残念ながら、バスが私たちを迎えに来ませんでした。ピックアップ時間の5分前に、正しい場所にいるか確認するために dispatch に連絡しましたが、私たちは正しい場所にいました。バスが来たり去ったりする中で、私たちのバスは決して到着しませんでした。dispatch によると、バスは15分間私たちを待っていたとのことでした。残念だったのは、バスがデラックスの大きなバスで、バンではないことです。見逃すことはできません！このことは大きな失望であり、時間の無駄でしたが、ヴェルトラのカスタマーサービスには5つ星を与えます。彼女は私の懸念に対処してくれ、とても話しやすく、親切でした。どこかで誤解があったと思いますし、大きなミスがあったのでしょう。私は全額返金を受けることになり、将来的に再度利用するかもしれません。誰にでも二度目のチャンスが必要です！

My family and I were very excited to do the Deluxe Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour. Unfortunately, the bus did not pick us up. I contacted dispatch 5 min. before pick up time to make sure we were in the right spot and we were. Buses came and went and our bus never arrived. According to dispatch, the bus was there waiting for us for 15 minutes. What was upsetting was the bus is a deluxe big bus and not a van. You cannot miss it! Although this was a huge disappointment and a waste of time, I give 5 STARS to costumer service for Veltra. She took care of my concerns and was very easy and friendly to talk to. I'm sure there was a miscommunication somewhere and a huge error. I will be getting a full refund and may use them again in the future. Everyone deserves a second chance!

初めてサーフバスを利用しました。運転手は時間通りに来てくれました。彼は知識が豊富でしたが、最初は態度が気に入らなかったです。少しバカにされているように感じましたが、最後には良いガイドになってくれました。家族と一緒に滝のハイキングとカヤックをしました。滝のハイキングは3時間の予定でした。ワイメアバレーを通り、美しい熱帯植物や鳥を見ることができました。驚いたことに、滝は思ったより小さかったです。すでに多くの人が泳いでいて、まだ午前10時でした。子供たちは水の中にいる人が多すぎて泳ぎたがりませんでした。ハイキングの後、滝を見てカフェでランチを食べましたが、3時間は長すぎました。他のアクティビティに使えたかもしれません。午後にはカヤックをしました。家族は楽しみましたが、カメを見ることはできませんでした。町に歩いて行ってかき氷を食べられなかったのは残念でした。行列が長すぎました。全体的に、家族はまずまずの時間を過ごしました。

First time taking the Surf Bus. Driver was on time. He was knowledgeable. Didn't like his attitude at first because he had a way of making you feel foolish but at the end, he turned out to be a nice guide. My family and I did the waterfall hike and kayaking. The waterfall hike was timed for three hours. It was a beautiful hike through Waimea Valley seeing tropical plants and birds. To my surprise, the waterfall was smaller than I thought. There were too many people swimming already and it was only 10am. My kids did not want to swim because of the amount of people in the water. Even after the hike, and the waterfall and even ate lunch at the cafe, three hours was too much. It could've been spent doing other activities. We went kayaking in the afternoon. My family enjoyed that even though we didn't see any turtles. We were disappointed that we couldn't walk to town and get shaved ice because the line was too long. All in all, my family had a decent time.
