私にとって初めての体験で、素晴らしかったです！上からの景色は素晴らしく、海に飛び込むのも大好きでした :) 最初から最後まで素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。私と娘がチェックインしたとき、アロハと笑顔で迎えられ、その後の体験はすべてアロハに満ちていました！キャプテンとラッセルに大きなマハロを！

It was a first for me and just spectacular! The view amazing from above and I loved the few ocean dunks :) Great customer service from start to finish. When my daughter and I checked in we were greeted with Aloha and a smile and the rest of the experience was all about the Aloha! Big Mahalo to Captain & Russell!

Great crew and fantastic experience! We arrived early and were able to catch the next boat ahead of schedule. Our captain flew us over a humpback whale and her baby and we were able to see them breach from above! Can't wait to come back : ) Thanks guys!

潜水艦から水生生物を見る素晴らしい体験でした。一生に一度は訪れる価値があります。残念な点は、チェックポイントを見つけるのが非常に面倒だったことです。時間に余裕を持って到着することを計画してください。たくさんの魚やカメを見ることができました。少し高めの料金ですが、濡れずにこれほど近くで海洋生物を見ることができる場所は他にありません。

Great experience viewing aquatic life from submarine. Totally worth to visit once in a lifetime. On downside, finding the checking point was too cumbersome. Do plan to reach well advance in time. Did see lots of fishes, turtles. A bit on the expensive side, but again where else you would see marine life so closely without getting wet.

この旅行はバチェロレッテパーティーの一環として予約しました。最初から最後まで素晴らしい体験でした。宿泊していたホテルからバスが迎えに来て、目的地まで送ってくれました。到着するとボートに乗り込み、スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで気配りがありました。各エクスカーションの合間には水のアクティビティを楽しむ時間がたっぷりありました。ランチにはバーガー、フルーツ、チップスをいただきました。少しカメ観察もしました。ボートライドの締めくくりには、お好みの温かい飲み物で終わりました。非常におすすめです！

We booked this trip as part of the bachelorette party. Had an amazing experience from start to finish. We had a bus pick us up from the hotel we were staying and dropped us off at the location. Once we arrived we got on the boat, staff was extremely friendly and attentive. There was plenty of time in between each excursion to enjoy the water activities. Had burgers, fruits, and chips for lunch. Did a little bit of turtle watching. Finished with a warm beverage of your choice to wrap up the boat ride. Highly recommend!

This is a family run business. They are experienced and care for your safety, rebooking if the wind picks up without any extra fees. They make it fun for everyone with music and photos. Definitely recommending the 1000ft experience for families. Even the kids had a blast!

全体的にパラセーリングは素晴らしい体験でしたが、いくつかの問題がありました。まず、私たちは最後の家族としてパラセーリングを行ったため、空中にいる時間が短縮されてしまい、6分しかありませんでした（実際に時間を測りました）。最初の家族と比べて、時間管理がうまくできていませんでした。広告では8分と謳っていたのに残念です。次に、購入した写真が私のコンピュータで開けず、別のコンピュータで試したところ、写真が全く表示されず、お金を無駄にしてしまいました :-(。次回は別のパラセーリングの業者を選ぶつもりです。

I think overall I had great time with parasailing, the view from top was awesome. We had two issues, first issue, we were the last family to do parasailing and they cut short our time in the air <6 minutes, (yes I timed ours, compared to first family) so they did not manage time well even though they advertised 8 mins from start to finish. second issue, photos we bought from them did not open on my computer and when I tried on another computer there were no photos at all, just wasted my money :-(. Next time, I would choose different parasailing vendor for sure.

素晴らしいツアーでした。ジャングル体験、映画ツアー、ファームツアーの3つに参加しました。すべてがよく組織されており、ランチも含まれていました。バスはホテルで時間通りに迎えに来てくれ、再びホテルに送り届けてくれました。すべてのガイドは非常に情報豊かで、立ち寄り先をじっくり見るための十分な時間を与えてくれました。私たちは、訪問中に彼らと2つの異なるツアーを行ったので、ヴェルトラを強くお勧めします。

Great tours, did three tours, the Jungle experience, movie tour and Farm tour. Everything was well organized including the included lunch. The bus picked us up at the hotel right on time and drooped us off back at the hotel. All the guides were very informative and allowed ample time to see all the sights that had stops.
Would highly recommend Veltra as we did 2 different tour with them during our visit including the Island circle tour

私の家族と私は楽しい時間を過ごしました。二人のスタッフは気配りがあり、知識も豊富でした。ただ一つ気になったのは、写真です。私たちは6人のグループでしたが、私がもらった写真は同じものばかりでした。写真はあまり価値がありません。また、最も軽い乗り物酔いをする方には、ドラマミンを渡すことをお勧めします。

My family and I had a good time. The two guys were attentive, and knowledgeable. The only thing is the pictures- we were a part of 6 and the pictures that I got were the same over and over again. The pictures are not worth it. Also I would advise to give dramamine to anyone in your party with the most minimal motion sickness.

イゲ船長とクルーは素晴らしかったです。彼らは私たちをとても良く扱い、素晴らしい時間を過ごさせてくれました。海外から来る友人とまた絶対に参加したいです。ビーチバレーは楽しかったし、サンゴ礁近くでのシュノーケリングは最高で、ウミガメに近づくことができました。

Capt. Ige and crew was great. They treated us very good and showed us a great time. I am definitely going to do it again with other friend that comes up from abroad. Beach volleyball was fun and snorkeling near the reef was a blast as we were close to a sea turtle.

シーズンということで、クジラも見れました。と言ってもかなり遠くで、潮吹きと尾っぽのみでしたが…肝心のドルフィンスイムではイルカに出会えず、帰り際にイルカたちが寝床にしている浅瀬で、お休み中のイルカを船上から見ることができました。シュノーケリングの時間もありますが、大人数で一斉にカメを追いかけるため、魚もカメも怖がってしまい、まともに見れたのは5分程度です。運次第ではありますが、2万円以上払っただけに全体的には割高感は否めませんが、送迎とランチ付きでハワイの物価の高さ&コロナ禍の観光業となるとこうなってしまうのかとしれません。ただ本当にスタッフの皆さんは優しくて頼もしく、1人参加でしたが常に気遣ってもらい楽しく過ごせました。なおホリデーシーズンのため欧米や中国の方で満席状態でしたが、とにかく波が高くて船が揺れるため船酔いする人が続出。中盤以降は地獄絵図と化していました。色々な意味でシーズンオフを狙った方が良いかもしれません。

ユキさんとチーム全体は素晴らしいクルーです。島でのアクティビティの中でも間違いなく最高の一つです！彼らを強くお勧めします！砂州でのビーチバレー、ウミガメの観察、シュノーケリング、そしてすべての食べ物や飲み物が非常によく調整されていました。

Yuki and the entire team are a fantastic crew. It’s clearly one of the best activities on the island. Highly recommend them! The volleyball on the sandbar, turtle sightings, and snorkeling along with all the food and drinks were very well coordinated.

ボブのツアーは、私が参加した6〜7回のシュノーケリングツアーの中で、間違いなく最高の体験でした。ツアーはよく計画されており、設備もかなり新しく、クルーは多くの細部に気を配っています。水から上がった後にはシャワーを浴びることができるので、海の匂いが苦手な方や、早く温まりたい方にはとても助かります。ランチも本当に美味しいです。シュノーケリングの後にはホットチョコレートも提供され、美しい白い砂浜、数えきれないほどのウミガメ、シュノーケリングポイントでの素晴らしい景色も楽しめます。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！

I’ve been to around 6-7 different snorkel tours and the experience at Bob’s tour is by far the best. The tour is well planned, faculties are pretty new and the crew attend to a lot of details - like you’ll get a shower right after you get out of water which helps a lot if you don’t like the sea smell & want to get warm and dry quickly. The lunch is also really delicious. They even provide hot chocolate after the snorkeling, not to mention the beautiful white sand, dozens of turtles and tremendous view at the snorkeling point. Mahalo for the great experience!

マキさんのツアーに参加いたしました。1日にさまざまな場所を巡ることができ、とても満足しております。自分たちだけでは行くことができないような場所に行けたため、とても嬉しかったです。それぞれのスポットにおける時間配分もちょうどよく、また、おいしいものもたくさん食べることができました！移動の際にも、マキさんが観光地にまつわるあらゆることを教えてくださり、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。また機会があれば、ぜひ参加したいです。今回はありがとうございました！

カネオヘ湾はとても美しいです。みんなとても親切でした。シュノーケリングはとても楽しかったです。砂州でのビーチバレーも本当に楽しかったです。ボートの横でウミガメを見るのもとても素晴らしかったです。

Kaneohe bay is so beautiful. Everyone was very nice. Snorkeling was super fun. Volleyball on the sandbar was also really fun. Seeing the turtles off the sides of the boat was really cool too.

全体的に素晴らしい体験で、ワイキキの上空10,000フィートに行く価値があります。クルーはプロフェッショナルでありながら、とてもフレンドリーで、雰囲気を盛り上げてくれます。彼らはとても面白く、あなたのことをもっと知ろうとしています。クルーによる写真は追加で30ドルかかることに注意してください。

Overall a great experience worth the money to go 10000ft above Waikiki. The crew were professional, but really friendly and help to boost the mood. They are hilarious and really try to get to know you better. Do note that photos by the crew cost an additional 30 dollars.

An amazing experience! It’s so well organized and they give you all the information you need to have an amazing time! It’s a wonderful experience and the crew is fantastic! Hanging out at the Sandbar is a unique experience, and as an added bonus, saw lots of turtles and lots of beautiful fish! Absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about it!

The activities were great and the crew was helpful and friendly. It was a great experience! the volleyball game before the snorkeling was fun and helped everyone get to know each other, and the snorkeling was terrific. Highly recommended!

ツアーは素晴らしかったです！私のお気に入りの部分はファームツアーでした。美しい自然の瞬間を見せてもらい、いくつかの食べ物を味わうことができました。ジャングルキープの探検が私のお気に入りの部分になるはずでしたが、バンカーを訪れる部分はかなり洗練されておらず、私にとって体験が安っぽく感じられました。非常に古く、10年か20年は変わっていないように見えました。アーティストが映画のアートを落書きしてセクションを面白くしようとした部分もありましたが、私の意見ではそれはプロフェッショナルではなく、幼稚に見えました。

牧場の魅力は、美しい自然の瞬間と温かいスタッフです。全てのスタッフがとても優しく、気配りがありました！ただし、映画の部分を期待しているなら、あまり洗練されていないかもしれません。例えば、スカルマウンテンの骨は過去の訪問者によって分解されており、映画で見たときのようには見えません。

全体的に私は本当に楽しみましたし、皆さんに訪れることをお勧めします！ただ、映画の部分がもっと洗練されていて、今の時代の技術で更新されていたらよかったと思います。

Hi!

The tour was beautiful! I’d say my favorite part was the Farm tour. They showed us some beautiful nature moments and we got to taste some of the food. The Jungle keep expedition would’ve been my favorite part however the portion where they visit the bunker was quite unsophisticated and it really cheapened the experience for me. It was extremely dated and looks like it hasn’t been changed in a decade or two. There we’re some portions we’re it looked like an artists graffitied some movie art to make a section exciting but in my opinion it looked unprofessional and naive.

The charm of the ranch is the beautiful moments in nature and the warm stuff. All the staff were so sweet and caring! However, if your going for the movie portions, it’s not really as sophisticated as you’d hope. For example the skull mountain bones have been taken apart by visitors of past and don’t look as good as they did in the films.

Overall I really enjoyed myself and would recommend all to visit! I just wish there movie portions we’re more sophisticated and were updated with technology of this decade.

We enjoyed our visit to the Bishop Museum. The Hawaii Hall has so much information about the culture, from people to plant use to gods. We also used the QR codes to access additional information about the exhibits and found this information very helpful.

これは私のキャプテン・ボブのシュノーケルと砂州ツアーの2回目でした。5月にハワイに戻る予定で、この素晴らしいクルーとの3回目の旅行を予約するつもりです。この旅行は少し肌寒く、雨も降りました（12月なのである程度予想していました）が、美しさがなければ雨はどうでしょう？ランチは素晴らしいです。これ以上のクルーと旅行は見つかりません。自分へのご褒美として、キャプテン・ボブの砂州とシュノーケルツアーを予約してください。失望することはありません…カレンでない限り。ハハハ

This was my 2nd time on Captain Bobs snorkel and sandbar tour. I will be back to Hawaii in May and will be booking my 3rd trip with this amazing crew`. This trip was a bit cool with rain (December which we kind of expected ) but how can we have beauty without rain?? The lunch is wonderful. You can not find a better crew and trip. Do yourself a favor and book Caption Bob’s sandbar and snorkel tour. You will not be disappointed…unless you are a Karen. Hahah

パラセーリングに関わった皆さんはとても親しみやすく、魅力的でした！ノエミさんとレイチェルさんは、チェックインや写真撮影の際にとても優しく、親しみやすかったです！ディエゴさんとキャプテンは、エクスカーションの前後に私たちが大丈夫か確認してくれました！通常は1000フィートまで上がる予定でしたが、数名のお客様が来なかったため、キャプテンは私たちを最大の1200フィートまで上げてくれました！！すごくクールでした！ぜひまた行きたいです！

Everyone involved in the parasailing was super personable and engaging! Noemi and Rachel at the shack were super nice and relatable during check in and for the pictures! Diego and the captain made sure we were all good before and after the excursion! We were normally supposed to go up to 1000’ but because a few customers did not show up the captain let us go to the max height of 1200’!! Super cool! Would definitely go again!

Highly recommend! Snorkeling, playing volleyball, taking amazing photos with amazing views was priceless! The food was awesome and had plenty for leftovers! We even got a complimentary guitar performance at the end! So much fun, so much knowledge and so much to see and do! Lovedddd this tour!

私たちは初めてパラセーリングを体験しましたが、正直言って全員が緊張していました。しかし、キャプテンと彼女のクルーが必要な注意事項を教えてくれたおかげで、安全だと感じることができました。離陸地点までの移動も楽しかったです。実際の離陸はスムーズで、頂上からの景色は素晴らしかったです。これは一生に一度の体験で、私たちがこれをやって良かったと思っています。8歳の息子もとても楽しんでいて、またやりたいと言っています。このアクティビティを強くお勧めします。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。また、私たちをチェックインしてくれたスタッフも非常に親切で、すべての質問に辛抱強く答えてくれました。

This is our first time parasailing and I admit, we were all nervous, but the captain and her crew made us feel safe by telling us all the pre-cautions we need to do. The ride to the take-off site was fun. The actual take off was smooth and the view from the top was awing. This is once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we did this. My 8 year-old son had a great time as well and want to do it again. Highly recommending this activity. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and not to forget the staffs who checked us in that were very accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

From start to finish, the instructors were very professional and had humor while we were doing the activities. I regret not purchasing the 6 lines because it was so much fun, we all wanted to more. 10/10 I’ll do this again once I come back to Oahu!

The tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience top notch. The views were amazing and beautiful and honestly could just spend all day staring at the mountains. The combo tours were definitely worth it!!
