ハワイアンパラセイルはとても楽しい体験でした。乗船時、二人のクルーはとてもフレンドリーで、皆を快適に整える手助けをしてくれました。出発中は涼しく、街の素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができました。乗っている間、ガイドは会話を盛り上げてくれ、ハーネスやライフジャケットを着ける手助けをしてくれました。最初に渡されたライフジャケットは閉じるタイプで、少しきつかったのですが、彼はより大きなものを提案してくれて、できるだけ快適に過ごせるようにしてくれました。空に上がる時間になると、クルーが私たちをしっかりと固定してくれ、上昇はとてもスムーズでした。乗っている間は、予想以上に穏やかで静かでしたが、それでも楽しかったです。上がる前に、水に浸かることに問題がないか尋ねられ、私たちははいと答えました。水に浸かるのは本当に良い追加で、私たちはグループの中で「いいえ」と言った人たちがいたので、言わなくてよかったと思っています。また、写真の購入も可能です。価格は30ドルで、最初は高いと感じましたが、SDカード全体の価格で、写真にはウォーターマークやロゴが付いていないので、98枚の写真を考えると30ドルは良い価格だと思います。全体的に、私はこれをお勧めします。
Hawaiian Parasail was a very fun experience. Starting with the boarding, the two-man crew was very friendly and helpful in getting everyone situated comfortably. The ride out was cool and gave a great view of the city. During the ride, our guide was great at striking up conversation and getting us in our harnesses and life jackets. At first I was given one that closed, but fit too tightly and he offered a larger one to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Once it was time to get up in the air the crew secured us and the ascent was very smooth. The ride was a nice experience. It was a lot calmer and quieter than I expected, but it was still fun. Before going up, we were asked if we were ok with being dunked into the water and we said yes. The dunk was a really nice addition and we're glad we didn't say no like some in our group did. They also offer pictures for purchase. It is $30 which at first sounded pricey, but that is the price for the entire SD card and the photos don't come with any watermarks or logos, so I think $30 was a good price for the 98 pictures we got. Overall, I would recommend this.

Saw lots of turtles and fish! Boat was clean, safe and well staffed. Bring a hat and lots of sunscreen. Crew of 5 and it was easy to get equipment on and ready. Our group had about 33 which was a lot - made for close quarters at times and a line at the stairs. Crew was quiet and all business … they were likely sick of tourists at this point. Beautiful pictures and scenery. Really nice catamaran.

I booked this snorkeling tour for our group of 21 months in advance. A couple days before our trip a representative of Hawaii Activities contacted me to let me know the time we booked was no longer an option offered by the company. They rebooked us with a different company for the same day, at an earlier time, without drinks :(, for the same price even though the Moana company charged more than the one we originally booked. I appreciate this so much because as we were boarding, we saw a disappointed family at another dock who had their trip canceled with not even a notification. The boat just never showed up and when they called the company they were told they had to cancel due to COVID. Things happen but a notice would have been nice. Luckily for us Hawaiian Activities/Veltra not only notified us, but made alternative arrangements for us. I would definitely use this company for bookings in the future.

This was an incredible experience. Our guide Steven did a fabulous job and gave my wife and daughters the confidence to give snorkeling a real try. I would definitely recommend this again, and then take that experience and go to a better snorkeling location. Our experience was ok..we were greeted by a cranky woman at the desk she mentioned our boat would arrive soon, our reservation was for 11am and we didn't end up boarding the boat until approximately 11:20. The crew on the boat was rude, we brought our gopro to film and it was about to die so we politely asked if we could go next so we could get footage of us in the air..they made a big deal of it and told us no even though the people who were up "next" didnt mind. I will say parasailing experience was a lot of fun! Just beware they ask you if you want to be dipped into the water, the couple before us stated they DID NOT want to be dipped but the crew said to us that they have a "special dip" for people who say no and proceeded to dip them into the water multiple times.

このイベントは素晴らしく楽しかったです。パラセーリング中の景色は素晴らしく、キャプテンやクルーの方々も素晴らしい人柄でした。ただし、乗り物酔いしやすい方には警告です。この旅行に出発する前にあまり食べない方がいいです。波の影響でボートの揺れが少し気持ち悪くなります。
This event was great and fun, the view while on the parasail is great and the captain/crew had great personality. A warning to those who get motion sick however, don’t eat too much before going on this trip. The boat ride gets a bit nauseating from all the waves.
