ボブのツアーは、私が参加した6〜7回のシュノーケリングツアーの中で、間違いなく最高の体験でした。ツアーはよく計画されており、設備もかなり新しく、クルーは多くの細部に気を配っています。水から上がった後にはシャワーを浴びることができるので、海の匂いが苦手な方や、早く温まりたい方にはとても助かります。ランチも本当に美味しいです。シュノーケリングの後にはホットチョコレートも提供され、美しい白い砂浜、数えきれないほどのウミガメ、シュノーケリングポイントでの素晴らしい景色も楽しめます。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！
I’ve been to around 6-7 different snorkel tours and the experience at Bob’s tour is by far the best. The tour is well planned, faculties are pretty new and the crew attend to a lot of details - like you’ll get a shower right after you get out of water which helps a lot if you don’t like the sea smell & want to get warm and dry quickly. The lunch is also really delicious. They even provide hot chocolate after the snorkeling, not to mention the beautiful white sand, dozens of turtles and tremendous view at the snorkeling point. It was our first time visiting Hawaii, and this sand bar package trip made our experience so much better! Had a great time snorkeling, paddle-boarding, and kayaking at the sandbar! These folks are awesome! They made every second fun and were very safe with everything they did. We had our 1 year old son with us who does great adventuring. They made sure it was east for us and that we all had a good time. They were also so careful to protect the coral and wildlife at the sandbar.

このシュノーケリングツアーを心からお勧めします。水泳が得意な人にもそうでない人にもとても良いです。砂州の近くの水深は約1.2メートル（4フィート）なので、安心して楽しめます。泳げる方には美しいサンゴ礁があります。インストラクターは泳げない方にもとても親切で、亀を見せるために個別に案内してくれます。
I would highly recommend this tour of all the snorkeling tours. This is very good for swimmers and non swimmers as the water level is only about 4ft near the sandbar. There is a beautiful coral reef that swimmers can go. The instructors are very helpful for non swimmers as they take them personally to show the turtles.

12月、送迎付きで申し込みました。海の状況は、満ち引きがあるため、コンディションは、日々違うと思って参加。
船内にウエットスーツがあると書いてありましたが、置いておらず。
船内にはお茶や、チップス、リンゴが置いてあります、自由に頂くことが可能です。
サンドバーに着いたら、船長より英語で船より後ろに行ってはいけないなどの説明があります。12月、水はかなり冷たいのでずーっと入ってられるという感じではありませんでした。途中で一回船に戻されて、シュノーケルの説明があります。個人的に、最初に説明すれば一度上がることなかったのになぁと思います。寒いから2回目入ることができませんでした。
体験後、現地の方に伺いましたが、温暖化の影響で海水量が増え、近年、サンドバーになる事は稀だそうです。身長148センチの私は、足がやっと着くくらいの深さでした。ライフジャケットはあります。この料金なら、ダイビングができたなぁと感じました。

Perfect experience. All the crew members were very active and supportive. Live event added lots of fun and excitement. I would prefer if time would be more. 2 hrs flies like anything. Crew member helped me in doing snorkeling and all the time juices and donuts were available.

This was my 2nd time on Captain Bobs snorkel and sandbar tour. I will be back to Hawaii in May and will be booking my 3rd trip with this amazing crew`. The two ladies are so nice, professional, helpful and patient. The captain very patiently led my daughter to the reef to see turtles and fishes. After the tour, we found out that our rental car was dead at the harbor. The ladies and two other guys offered help, while we were calling the rental office. They checked and jump started the car. We managed to drive back to the car rental office for replacement. Otherwise, we would wait for toll service for at least 2 hours. We offered additional tips but they refused. Very touched. They are the best!!

タイミングが悪く天気が良くなくてとても寒かったです。
シュノーケリングしても魚1匹もみれませんでした。バスでは英語ではなく、中国語で案内していたので理解ができなかったです。

This was the perfect way for our family to spend a vacation afternoon. We stopped and got sandwiches and drinks before. There was a cooler on the boat. The water at the sandbar was shallow and the kids had the best time swimming. No waves so very safe. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were included as well as other water toys. While snorkeling we swam with turtles! Our captain was great, and we are happy we selected the private tour and had our own space.

My back went out on Sunday 21 Nov 21, so on Monday 22 Nov 21 at approximately1145 I called the number provided on the Veltra voucher, KBOS. I requested cancellation of one of the six participants stating I could barely stand much less enjoy what we had signed up for. The lady that answered the phone at KBOS stated she would have to check with someone, KBOS required a 72 hour prior cancellation notification, and since our date was 25 Nov 21 with a 0750 pick up time, it was too late to cancel one participant. I received both a voice mail and email within two hours stating I was too late to cancel one participant again because I was within the 72 hour cancellation window. However, my Veltra voucher states I can cancel “Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.” When I read that part of the voucher to the KBOS lady, she said she would contact Veltra; she did not call back, and it was either go or lose the fee. I went and had trouble getting on the boat due to the steep ramp and no hand rail (staff did assist or I cold not have gotten on). The only food available was donuts, tang orange drink, and water (not the list that is stated in the voucher). I paid for two donut and four banana rides, no donut was available, a speed boat ride was the substitute however. I sat on the boat the entire time since the ladder into the water was too difficult with the sore back. KBOS was fine, the misinformation was included in the Veltra voucher, and Veltra did nothing to follow up with their misinformation.
