We are huge fans of the show, and this tour was awesome! Our tour guide Sean was very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to talk to and answered all our questions. Sean even showed us an original script from the show! We visited McGarrett’s home and met Cousin Flippa. It was surreal! I highly recommend it if you love Hawaii Five-0.

Lola is the absolute best tour guide ever. She made the trip fun and informative. We are requesting her every time we do this tour. This was our honeymoon trip and first time ever in Hawaii and this was actually our first tour.

ツアー当日のガイドは和田さんでした。
車両は、ドライバーさん含めて7人乗りのオデッセイで迎えに来てくださいました。丁寧でとても親切にアテンドしてくださいました。私は、バースストーンに凄く興味があったのでとても楽しみにしていました。到着すると、和田さんは10分程度詳しくバースストーンの説明をしてくださいました。和田さんは、以前ここに駐車してお客様をご案内していたら、窓ガラスを破られて自分の荷物を盗まれた事があったので心配ですので、皆さんの荷物も見ておきますと言われ、私はここで、ゴミ拾いをしながら皆様をお待ちしておりますね。と言われておりました。ゴミ拾い？と思いましたが、ハワイの王族の方がとても大切にされている神聖な場所だと言うことを言われていたのでだからかな？と思いました。確かに、周りには沢山のタバコの吸い殻や、ゴミが落ちていました。いつもゴミ拾いをなされているそうです。素晴らしい方だなと思いました。ツアー自体は本当に素晴らしいの一言です。さすが高評価なだけはあります！値段以上の価値があります！せっかくのハワイ！素晴らしいツアーに参加できて本当によかったです！パンケーキもマラサダも、アイスも最高に美味しかったです！もちろんガーリックシュリンプもです！私がチョコレート工房のことを尋ねると行きますか？とご案内してくださいました！美味しいチョコレートも食べることができて幸せすぎました♡何よりおもてなしの心がすごいです！いつも感謝の気持ちを忘れずにいるといいことがあるとしり毎日感謝して生きてます笑♡夜遅くまでご案内して下さいまして本当にありがとうございました♡また絶対にこのツアーで参加しますね！皆さんこちらのツアーに騙されたと思って是非参加してみて下さい！本当に満足しますよ♪感謝

私たちのツアーガイドは最高のクラニでした！オアフの情報が豊富なツアーでした。このツアーを購入する人へのちょっとしたアドバイスですが、ツアーの情報には朝食が含まれていると記載されていますが、十分な朝食ではありませんでした。ハワイアン・ドーナツと水だけでした。朝食ではなく、小さなスナックが含まれていると言った方が良いかもしれません。私たちのツアーガイドは雇用主にとって貴重な存在です。オアフに行ったことがないなら、このツアーを受けるべきです！私は5人の大人と2人のティーンエイジャーを含む7人家族で行きました。彼らは大満足でした！

Our tour guide was the best Kulani! Very informative tour of Oahu. Just a little helpful tip to people buying this tour. The information for the tour indicates breakfast included, however it wasn't an adequate breakfast. It was a hawaiian donut and water. Maybe it would better to say small snack included instead of breakfast. Our tour guide is an asset to his employer. If you've never been to Oahu, you should take the tour! I went with my family of 7 which included 5 adults and 2 teenagers. They loved it!

This was such a great way to see the amazing sights of Oahu without the hassle of driving or looking/paying for parking! The bus was clean including the restroom and we felt safe being driven by our guide Kalani. He was both humorous and informative, we could tell he really loved his culture and the island.

The time allotted for each location was perfect. It was a long, adventurous day but we enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely book with this tour company should we visit the island again.

Lola our driver was awesome! She was funny and knowledgeable and helpful. The stops she made for photos were prime spots and we got some great shots. Very helpful in letting us know good places to eat and shop as well. Excellent tour!

ガイドは和田さんです。
口コミがあまりにも良いので申し込みましたがまったく期待外れでした。
というか若干トラウマレベルです。
まず迎えの車がただのステーションワゴンだったのがショックでした。
助手席にはアシスタントの女の子が乗っていて定員ギリギリ。
他のツアー客と肩を寄せ合って長時間揺られるのはほんとキツかった。
ツアー客全員が揃った時点で和田さんがまず語りはじめたのがチップの話です。
日本人はチップの相場をわかってないだの、普通は1人20%は払うものだ、などなど…
狭い車に揺られ（この時は真ん中の席で景色も楽しめなかった）予定外の高額チップ要求の話をされこの時点でテンションダダ下がり。
名物のパンケーキも楽しみにしていましたが車の中で配られ飲み物がない…
どうせ別料金でお金を取るんだから飲み物もいるかどうかくらい確認して一緒に買ってきて欲しかった。
その後もマージン入るんだろうなぁと思われるものすごく高いチョコレート店に連れて行かれたりしました。（和田さん、そのチョコレート屋さんのTシャツ着てました）
すっかり日が落ちてからパワーストーンの場所に行きましたが、真っ暗な中をかなり歩かなければ石のところまで辿り着かないとのこと。
和田さんは「俺、このあたりのゴミ拾ってるから」と自分は車から離れず、アシスタントの女の子1人に暗闇の中のガイドをやらせました。
その子も懐中電灯を持っているわけでもなくスマホのライトだけだったので、とにかく足元が暗く危なかったです。（ジーンズだったのに3箇所も蚊に刺されました）
その日は雨が降ったりやんだりだったのですが、パワーストーンの場所は赤い土で雨上がりだと泥がすごく、スニーカーを履いていましたが泥がこびりついてホテルに帰ってからバスで洗っても取れないくらいひどかったです。
和田さんはそれをわかっててアシスタントの女の子1人に行かせたのだと思います。
全行程終わりホテルに着くころ和田さんが口コミの話をし始め「いちばんいい評価だけいれてください。それ以外であれば口コミは入れないでください。」と言いました。
ほんと怖いです。
自分のアドレスも知られているので今まで口コミできませんでしたが、ずいぶん時間が経ったので正直な口コミを入れようと思いました。
ちなみに教えたメールアドレスに送ってくれると言っていたツアー中に撮った写真も送ってくれていません。
チップは20ドル、私と母それぞれ支払いました。
（アシスタントの女の子にもたしか同じ金額を渡した気がします）
自分だけだったらここまで後をひくことはなかったのですが、母を楽しませたいと悩み抜いて選んだのがこのこのツアーだったのでいまだに嫌な気持ちになります。

私の家族と私はデラックスオアフグランドサークルアイランドツアーをとても楽しみにしていました。残念ながら、バスが私たちを迎えに来ませんでした。ピックアップ時間の5分前に、正しい場所にいるか確認するために dispatch に連絡しましたが、私たちは正しい場所にいました。バスが来たり去ったりする中で、私たちのバスは決して到着しませんでした。dispatch によると、バスは15分間私たちを待っていたとのことでした。残念だったのは、バスがデラックスの大きなバスで、バンではないことです。見逃すことはできません！このことは大きな失望であり、時間の無駄でしたが、ヴェルトラのカスタマーサービスには5つ星を与えます。彼女は私の懸念に対処してくれ、とても話しやすく、親切でした。どこかで誤解があったと思いますし、大きなミスがあったのでしょう。私は全額返金を受けることになり、将来的に再度利用するかもしれません。誰にでも二度目のチャンスが必要です！

My family and I were very excited to do the Deluxe Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour. Unfortunately, the bus did not pick us up. I contacted dispatch 5 min. before pick up time to make sure we were in the right spot and we were. Buses came and went and our bus never arrived. According to dispatch, the bus was there waiting for us for 15 minutes. What was upsetting was the bus is a deluxe big bus and not a van. You cannot miss it! Although this was a huge disappointment and a waste of time, I give 5 STARS to costumer service for Veltra. She took care of my concerns and was very easy and friendly to talk to. I'm sure there was a miscommunication somewhere and a huge error. I will be getting a full refund and may use them again in the future. Everyone deserves a second chance!

My kids and I watches Hawaii Five-0 (the new one) every Friday night for years. I remember watching the original with my parents Wyn I was a kid. The Hawaii Five-0 tour was absolutely amazing. Sean was the most awesome tour guide pointing out shoot locations and local areas on the way to and from the Beyer Estate. When we met up with Flippa at the Palace, that was the cherry on top. This tour is a must for any H5-0 fan - old or new. Hawaii is such an amazing place with its multiple micro climates and beauty - mountains and shoreline. Having someone who grew up here guide you through all of that was an amazing treat! I simply can’t say enough about this amazing tour and Sean’s commentary and guide skill set.

Kalani was our driver and was excellent! His knowledge of the island and suggestions made the tour for my wife and I. There was no way that we would have been able to hit every spot that we went to, especially with cost of rental cars on the island being so high. When in Oahu Royal Stars is a great option to boost your knowledge of and appreciation for the island. Because of Kalani, we have a new respect for the island of Oahu, its beauty, and the Hawaiian Culture and history. We also learned some new Hawaiian terms/phrases (a ole pila kia) Mahalo Nui Loa!

Awesome time! Our driver Lola was excellent, best tour driver we've ever had! Fun, funny and informative. Fun stops and beautiful area! Highly recommend, especially our driver Lola! We learned a lot about the different areas, plenty of stops for pictures and shopping! She told us what places were good to eat at and was very helpful in general!

It was our first time in Oahu and the tour was really worth it. Seemed the island was packed of tourist the time of visit so the tour was a way to go see some attractions. Lola the best tour guide, made our tour fun and exciting. She was knowledgeable. Thanks Lola for the breakfast and water!!!

It was nice to learn more about the island history from the tour guide. It was a fun experience! It was a long tour so we looked at many attractions! They also offered water and donut for breakfast! It was a nice breakfast!

I highly recommend this tour! I had so much fun on this tour and the tour guide, Kalani, was absolutely amazing! We saw so many beautiful sights on this tour and learnt lot about the history of Hawaii. The 90 minute stop in Haleiwa was a perfect amount of time to grab a bite to eat and walk around to see the cute town!

My wife and I are so glad we did this on our first day in Hawaii. We were able to appreciate our trip so much more after touring the whole island. Our guide, William Kalani, was so much fun. He was also extremely knowledgeable with his love for his home apparent. Would suggest this tour for anyone!

Definitely a must when its your first time in Hawaii! Enjoyed every minute of it. Tour was the best especially Lola went above and beyond. She made our tour really worth it. The tour was very informative. We really covered a lot of the island, they call it the Grand Circle Tour for a reason. We met a lot of good people on the bus and the ride was enjoyable. The stops were broken up well, you we never on the bus for more that an hour without stopping. Some of the views were incredible. We had a great time at the food stops, Dole and the Macadamia place. We ate so many macadamia nuts and free coffee. The temple stop was also pretty cool, ringing the bell and going into the Buddhist Temple. The temple was gorgeous. Some of the drawbacks were that several companies do this tour at the same time so some locations are very crowded. That is not really this companies fault. We also got to the blowhole at low tide so there wasn’t much to see there, once again not their fault. The only thing that disappointed me was that my wife and I were looking forward to the Coffee Plant and Soap plant that is an option when you are in Haleiwa. We were not given that option like the tour said you were. When we pulled up to Haleiwa the driver said, “No one wants to go to the Soap Factory, we will all stay here.” That made me sad because I was looking forward to it and will never get that opportunity again. Other than that, I can’t knock the tour for anything else, but I also can’t rate it outstanding.

Kalina was an awesome tour guide. I apologize if I spelled his name wrong. He told us several time and it was the name of our bus . He was so informative and be so funny. He told us so much information and was patient with people who lost track of time at a few of our stops.He was friendly with everyone on the bus . I will like to book a trip with this company again and hope that I get Kalina as my tour guide.

The most relaxing way to see the island. My husband and I enjoyed every stop. We took some incredible pictures. Our favorite was the 90 minute stop at Haleiwa where we had the best shrimp lunch we ever had, walk around the town's local shops and had a cocktail at the end! Our driver Lola was funny and knowledgeable. She deserves the driver of the year 2021 for sure!!!

The tour guide for the Deluxe Oahu Grand Circle Island tour was amazing.
So knowledgeable and entertaining. Our first visit Hawaii and enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed viewing Diamond Head, Hanamua Bay, The Blow Hole,
the North Shore Beach and tasting the mouth watering pineapples at the Dole Pineapple Plantation. I wish our visit never had to end.

Kalani was absolutely amazing... knowledgeable and funny and so very helpful with the infant we had in our group...so many details I learned about Oahu! Anyone traveling with family and/or friends should take this tour! Beaches are out of this world gorgeous!
