    這次行程是由ANA台灣分公司員工帶領大家導覽 我自己之前參加過2次日文的行程，已經很熟悉了 參加中文導覽另有不同的感覺 因為是首場，ANA台灣分公司員工很用心的寫了卡片分給每個人 也因為是中文導覽，現場大家有問題時，可以幫忙翻譯與解答 整體體驗很不錯，推薦大家報名！

    The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my native language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.

    Flawless and easy transfer from hotel to Cruise ship. He was waiting in hotel lobby with a sign and our name. Would not hesitate to book again.
