  1. Authentic knife-smithing experience

    Takato Matsudaira was instructive, protective, and kind as he taught us about the knife-making process. It gave us a renewed appreciation for the knives that we use every day. At the end of this class, we produced wobbly, pitted knives that we'll treasure forever, because despite, or probably because of the imperfections, we made it ourselves!

    Our experience of the Mt. Fuji tour exceeded our expectations. At the 5th Station all was clear sky and sun for the summit and a spectacular sea of clouds below; quite stunning!     This was a fantastic workshop! The instructor gave great explanations and instructions and speaks English. Very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I did this as a mummy daughter experience and we loved it!

    The tour was an amazing experience! It gave me a deeper understanding of ANA and showed how much effort and professionalism goes into training their staff.     Our group of 5 had a lovely time. We didnt bring snacks or drinks but it wasn't an issue because we really loved the restaurant boat that sold fresh grilled snacks. Our guide was friendly and kind: he offered to take a couple pictures for us and showed us many interesting things along the river.
