Koto Fireworks Festival lights up the summer sky with 6,000 bursts from barges on the Arakawa River. Enjoy stunning reflections and old-town charm from a sky deck—no crowds, just luxury!

- A houseboat with a rooftop deck. (Western-style toilet included)
- There is no emergency contact number on the day. If you do not show up at the meeting time, it may be considered a cancellation and we may have to depart. Please arrive with plenty of time.
- The event will be held in light rain. In case of severe weather (e.g. typhoon), fireworks may be canceled by the organizers on the day. Notice may be given in the morning or at the meeting point. If the cruise is canceled before boarding, a 3-hr boat ride at ¥13,800 will be offered and the price difference refunded. No refunds for transport or if canceled after boarding. If fireworks go ahead but the cruise is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
- The river at the venue will be very crowded. Safety will be our number one priority, so disembarkation will be between 9:30pm and 10:30pm.
