Restrictions
- If the number of participants is fewer than 25 or if the tour cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters or accidents, the tour content may be changed or canceled up to three days before the start date.

- The tour will depart at the staff’s discretion if you arrive after the scheduled departure time, so please adhere to the meeting time.

Required items to bring & attire
- To ensure safety and comfort during fireworks viewing, please avoid using umbrellas. Bring your own rain gear (e.g., rain jackets, raincoats).
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Lunch and dinner is NOT included in the tour price. Please bring your own dinner, purchase it at a facility along the way, or buy it from vendors at the event.
- Due to road conditions or facility congestion, the schedule may not be followed as planned. It is possible that the itinerary may be adjusted or some activities may be omitted.
- The fireworks display will proceed in light rain but may be postponed or canceled in case of severe weather. If the event is postponed or canceled by the day before, the tour will be canceled, and the travel cost will be refunded.
- If the fireworks display is canceled after the tour has started, the tour will be cut short and end at Atami Station. There will be no refund for the bus fare or any changes in the itinerary due to the cancellation.
- Decisions regarding the fireworks display may be made on the morning of the departure day. We will notify you promptly, but if you are already en route to the meeting point, we cannot cover transportation costs.
- The area around the event venue will be very crowded after the fireworks. Please be cautious to avoid getting lost or missing your return Shinkansen. Any additional costs for late taxis or accommodations will be at your own expense.
- By Japanese law, seat belts must be worn on the tour bus.
- Please note that changes to the designated return location after the tour cannot be accommodated.
- The tour schedule or time at each sightseeing spot may be adjusted due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic congestion.
- If there are fewer participants, the tour may use a minivan, rental car, or a combination of guide and driver services.
- The tour will not be canceled or refunded due to poor visibility caused by bad weather.
- If you experience motion sickness or other health issues, please notify the guide immediately. Refunds related to health issues cannot be provided.
- The bus does not have a toilet.
- Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not allowed.
- The area around the event venue will be very crowded after the fireworks display. Please be careful to avoid getting lost or separated from the group.
- Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour. However, perishable items or those difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
- Pets are not allowed on the tour.
- In case of emergencies, you may be asked to sit with the tour conductor.
- We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests or allergy concerns. Requests may be declined after explanation if they cannot be met.
