We had such a great time creating our little cupcake and fruit tart! The instructor was so kind and spoke very good Engl... moreish, while simultaneously explaining to another group of visitors in Japanese. It was also a nice change of pace from running around Tokyo to sit and do a craft. We had a hard time choosing additional souvenirs (a magnet and keychain) from their wide selection, and it felt nice to buy from a local business versus the mass produced ones you’ll see in tourist shops. We’d love to come back and do a larger craft next time we’re in town!

The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my nativ... moree language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.
