ツアーでは毎回これを経験しますが、新しい参加者には失礼にならない方法についての指示が必要です。私の顔の前でひっくり返さないでください。私の周りに群がるのをやめてください。そして… 50匹の泳いでいる人が隣にいるのに、理由もなく手足を激しく動かす必要はありません。事前に泳ぐ人たちにこれを説明してください。実際、小さなエリアではフィンを使う必要はありません。誰もフィンを持っていなければ、もっと楽しめたでしょう。

ウミガメは素晴らしかったです。もしウミガメを見たら他の人には教えないでください。みんなが群がってきて、顔や腹にぶつかってくるので、見るために手足を振り回すのです。

I get this on every tour, but newbies need instructions on how not to be rude. Don’t flip in my face. Stop swarming at me, and please… there is no reason to flail your appendages rampantly for no reason when there are 50 swimmer right next to you. Please explain this to swimmers before hand. In fact, in a small area, there is no reason for flippers. This would have been much more enjoyable if no one had them.

Turtles were neat. I would not tell anyone else if you see one because everyone swarms and hits you in the face/gut/you name it, as they flail to see it.

私たちは4人家族（大人2人と9歳と6歳の子供2人）です。インストラクターは私たちにシュノーケリングのやり方をとても根気よく教えてくれました。初心者がシュノーケリングをしやすくするためのコツも教えてくれました。彼は常に私たちを助けてくれて、快適に感じさせてくれました。私の配偶者を除いて、グループの他のメンバーは全員泳げない人たちでしたが、インストラクターは私たちが水中を移動するのを手伝ってくれました。そして、シュノーケリング中に私たちの素晴らしい動画も撮ってくれました :)

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 9yr old and 6yr old). Instructor was very patient enough to guide us how to snorkel. He provided us some tricks to make snorkeling easier for beginners. He was always there to help us out and made us feel comfortable. Except for my spouse everyone else in the group are non-swimmers, the instructor helped us navigate through the water, and to top it he took amazing videos of us while snorkeling :)

Overall a great experience worth the money to go 10000ft above Waikiki. The crew were professional, but really friendly and help to boost the mood. They are hilarious and really try to get to know you better. Do note that photos by the crew cost an additional 30 dollars.

The crew from Moana Catamaran were awesome, laid back, and super helpful the entire experience! The classic island music, the weather, the catamaran.. all the vibes were perfect!

We saw a couple schools of Dolphins on the surface (which I believe is NOT common, so keep that in mind if you book!) and saw about 8-9 sea turtles during our time in the water. A few of them hung around the whole time and swam towards us so close we had to swim away to give them the distance they need.

The crew gave us everything we needed- snorkels, fins, and a floaty to make things super easy for our time in the water. I really enjoyed that it was a waist floaty and not a neck inflatable one like some of the other boats out there. Made it much more enjoyable.

Overall, we were mesmerized by the turtles and the fish / sea life that surrounded us, and had an amazing crew to take us to it. 10/10, 5/5, whatever you want to take from this. My wife said this was "the most amazing experience of her life", and I might even agree. :)

We had an awesome time! The crew was very friendly and helpful. They made some wicked drinks too! We will definitely do this cruise again when our family and friends visit again next time.

This was an amazing experience! All the staff members were amazing and attentive! If you’re looking for thrill get front row seats in the splash zone (the front of the boat). You will not be disappointed. The drinks were spot on, the music was great and the view was beautiful! 10/10 recommended!

ビショップ博物館への訪問を楽しみました。ハワイホールには、文化に関する情報がたくさんあり、人々や植物の使い方、神々について学ぶことができます。また、QRコードを使って展示品に関する追加情報にアクセスし、この情報が非常に役立ちました。

We enjoyed our visit to the Bishop Museum. The Hawaii Hall has so much information about the culture, from people to plant use to gods. We also used the QR codes to access additional information about the exhibits and found this information very helpful.

パラセーリングに関わった皆さんはとても親しみやすく、魅力的でした！ノエミさんとレイチェルさんは、チェックインや写真撮影の際にとても優しく、親しみやすかったです！ディエゴさんとキャプテンは、エクスカーションの前後に私たちが大丈夫か確認してくれました！通常は1000フィートまで上がる予定でしたが、数名のお客様が来なかったため、キャプテンは私たちを最大の1200フィートまで上げてくれました！！すごくクールでした！ぜひまた行きたいです！

Everyone involved in the parasailing was super personable and engaging! Noemi and Rachel at the shack were super nice and relatable during check in and for the pictures! Diego and the captain made sure we were all good before and after the excursion! We were normally supposed to go up to 1000’ but because a few customers did not show up the captain let us go to the max height of 1200’!! Super cool! Would definitely go again!

This is our first time parasailing and I admit, we were all nervous, but the captain and her crew made us feel safe by telling us all the pre-cautions we need to do. The ride to the take-off site was fun. The actual take off was smooth and the view from the top was awing. This is once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we did this. My 8 year-old son had a great time as well and want to do it again. Highly recommending this activity. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and not to forget the staffs who checked us in that were very accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

申し込み時点で満席により変更を余儀なくしました。出だしでちょっと不安をよぎったのですが、参加して最高でした。
英語が話せない二人連れでしたが、受付の方が良く対応して頂けました。パラセイリング最高！また何かあれば是非参画したいです。また、HGVCULBのメンバーですので、宿泊はHGVC、ツアーやアクティビティはVELTRAさんにお願いしようかと思っております。

パラセーリングは初めてだったので、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。キャプテンたちは乗っている間、とても親切で面白かったです。彼らが撮ってくれた写真も本当に素晴らしかったです。素晴らしい体験を素晴らしい価格で楽しめました。

I had such a good time parasailing as it was my first time doing it. Our captains were so friendly and funny during the ride. The pictures they took also turned out really great. This was a great experience for a great price.

夕日ツアーは、浮遊感に敏感で船酔いしやすい方にはお勧めできません。ドライバーは船を非常に揺らすので、必要ありませんし、彼らは利益しか考えていないようです。私は非常に気分が悪くなり、戻してもらえないかとお願いしましたが、ドライバーは「みんなをキャンセルしたいのか？」と聞き続け、全員のツアー代を支払わなければならないと言っていました。私は並行航行をしないので、戻してもらうのに時間はかからないはずなのに、彼らは私を笑いものにし、共感も示しませんでした。旅行後、並行航行をしなかったので部分的な返金をお願いしましたが、彼らは私のリクエストを拒否しました。私は他の船のツアーを利用しましたが、どれも問題ありませんでしたが、これは即座にお勧めできません。特にドライバーが私の英語を理解できないと言ったことは、少し人種差別的な状況に感じました。

Do not book sunset tour if you are sensitive to the feeling of weightlessness and sea sick. The driver makes the ship super super bumpy, which is unnecessary and they only care about the profit. I was feeling extremely unwell and asked if they could send me back and then continue the tour, but the driver kept ask me “do you want to cancel everyone” and kept saying I will have to pay for everyone’s tour. I will not do the parallel sailing so it should save them time to send me back but they just kept making fun of me with no empathy. After the trip I asked if I could get partially refund as a observer since I didn’t do the parallel sailing and saved them time and strength , which is reasonable , but they just denied my request.
I took other ship tours and all of them are fine, but this one is a immediately NO. Especially the driver said he could not understand my English made me feel kinda under a racist circumstances.

人が多すぎて本当に楽しむことができませんでした。みんなとぶつかり合って、トイレも使えませんでした。しかし、スタッフは素晴らしかったです。みんなに飲み物を持たせて、気分を盛り上げてくれました。

Way to many people to really enjoy. Bouncing against everyone and the toilet didn’t work. Staff was great though. Kept everyone with drinks in hand and spirits high.

コストに見合った価値があり、とても公平だと思います。最初の少しの不安は、間違った列に並んでいたことで、正しいボートが満席になってしまい、座席がなくなってしまったことです。グループのほとんどは結婚式のパーティーから来た若い人たちで、座れるエリアに入れましたが、私たちは船首に座らなければならず、少し心配でしたが、結局大丈夫でした。もう少し混雑していなければよかったと思います。同年代の人たちは、賑やかな雰囲気（人や音楽）にイライラするかもしれませんが、私たちはそれを楽しめました。こういったアクティビティをするのは20年ぶりで、やってよかったです。ちなみに、私たちは56歳と60歳です。

This is well worth the cost which is very fair. The only slight initial upset was we were standing in the wrong line and by the time we knew the right boat was fully occupied leaving us with no seats. Most of the group were from a wedding party and much younger able to get in seating areas, we had to sit on bow which worried me but ended up being just fine. I just wish the boat hadn’t been quite so crowded. Some people our age may have been annoyed at the loud atmosphere ( people and music) but we found it exciting. It had been nearly 20 yrs. since we did this kind of activity and so glad we did. FYI-we are 56&60 yrs. young.

まず驚いたのがガイドさんの日本語！流暢すぎて日本の方と話しているようでした。元々日本に住んでいた方だそうで納得です。タンタラスの丘は予想以上にきれいで、マラサダを食べながらの紅茶は本当においしかったです。ディナーのステーキとガーリックシュリンプも絶品。リピートしようと想います。
　
朝食やおすすめのお店を次々に教えてくれるので、みなさんが書いているように、初日にお願いするとその後のハワイがさらに楽しめると想います。
　
無駄のないコースで廻ってくれ、車移動で楽なので次回は両親にプレゼントしようと想います。

ワイキキで最高の価値、最も楽しい体験！ハロウィン前夜ということで、ボートはコスチュームで盛り上がり、ドリンクも素晴らしく、夕日も絶景でした。キャプテンとクルーは楽しく、皆を素晴らしい気分にさせてくれました。海はとても穏やかで、天気も完璧でした。これは絶対にやるべきです！

Best Value, most fun you can have on Waikiki! Given the fact it was Halloween eve, the boat was rockin costumes, the drinks were awesome and the sunset was spectacular. Captain and crew were fun and made everyone feel great. We were lucky the seas were very calm and the weather was perfect. This is a must do!

The sunset cruise was so much fun!
From the first minute there was a positive vibe on the boat and the free drinks were served faster than you could drink! ! The crew was full of energy and a party atmosphere.
It could have been less crowded, but we still had a great time! Definitely recommend!

My three kids had so much fun that they want to do it again! It was a one of a kind, exhilarating experience for the kids and they can’t stop talking about it. They especially loved how they were dipped in the water multiple times :)). My oldest one (17) caught the experience on his GoPro and they continue to relive the experience by watching the videos. Highly recommended!
