- Any cancellations made between 16:30 local time, 15 business days to 16:30 local time, 8 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 16:30 local time, 8 business days to 16:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 16:30 local time, 2 business days to 16:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Your tour will be scheduled so that the tour will end at Narita International Airport 2 hours before your flight departure time.
Please select a start time following these guidelines:
- 3 Hour Tour: 6.5 Hours before your flight
- 6 Hour Tour: 9.5 Hours before your flight
- 9 Hour Tour: 12.5 Hours before your flight - There is an additional 20% charge for tours that start between 22:30-6:30.
- No extensions of the tour are allowed due to delayed flights. If you wish to extend the tour, the following charges must be paid in cash on the spot.
- Limousine Sedan: 10,000 JPY / hour
- Full Size Van: 10,500 JPY / hour - The tour schedule is subject to change depending on pick-up and drop-off locations, traffic, inclement weather, or other reasons beyond our control.
- Admission fees and meals are not included in the tour price and must be paid by the customer directly. Cash is recommended as credit cards are only accepted in certain locations.
- The number of passengers allowed in the vehicles is as follows:
Limousine Sedan: 3 or less
Full-size Van: 8 or less
Booking requirements (# of participants, vehicles, hours, etc.)
- You can book a minimum of 1 and maximum of 1.
