Before Departure: If decided by the day before, the tour is canceled with a full refund. The final decision may occur on the morning of departure. We will notify you immediately. Travel costs to the meeting point are non-refundable.
After Departure: You will visit an alternative destination. Seat fees are refunded, but bus/transport fares are not.
After Start: No refunds after fireworks begin. - Traffic congestion is expected in the surrounding area on the day of the event. Please be aware that you may be asked to wait inside your vehicle upon arrival at or departure from the venue.
- Bus seat assignments will be provided on the day of the trip. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific seat locations.
- Lunch is not included in the tour price. Please bring your own or purchase it at a service area or similar location along the way.
- As the return journey begins after the fireworks display, arrival in Shinjuku is scheduled for late at night. Please note that any costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic conditions—such as taxi fares or accommodation expenses—must be borne by the customer.
- Please note that the itinerary and duration of stays are subject to change depending on road and traffic conditions on the day of the tour.
Should the return time be delayed due to traffic congestion or other factors, necessitating alternative transportation (such as a taxi) or overnight accommodation, the customer shall bear all associated costs. - Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used instead of a large bus.
- The buses used for the tour are not equipped with restrooms. Please be sure to use the restroom beforehand or during breaks.
- Smoking is prohibited on the bus. To ensure a comfortable experience for all passengers, please refrain from reclining your seat.
■ About Bus Seating
Bus seats are assigned by the tour operator. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific seat locations.
In the event of an emergency or due to unavoidable operational circumstances, you may be seated in the same row as the tour escort. - No refunds or compensation will be provided if you do not utilize the benefits or activities included in the tour.
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you require special arrangements or medical support. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability; however, please note that depending on the nature of the request, additional charges may apply, or we may require a written declaration.
- In accordance with regulations, break times for the tour escort may be scheduled during the itinerary. Please manage your own activities during free time.
- Lost items will be kept for up to two weeks after the tour ends. However, please note that food items and goods that are difficult to preserve may be disposed of immediately for hygiene reasons.
- Pets and other animals are not permitted on this tour.
- We cannot always accommodate requests regarding bus seating, smoking or non-smoking accommodations, or food allergies. Depending on the specific request, we may decline it after explaining the reason prior to booking.
- For online bookings, reservation confirmations, tour information, and updates regarding changes will be sent via email. Documents will not be sent by mail.
