Tour guide Morena was great and extremely helpful. Weather did not cooperate as it cloudy or raining most of the time but still beautiful. Thought one meal was included but it wasn't. Unfortunately cannot share photos as they are on my phone.

思った通りでした❗

ガイドの方は朝からテンション高くとても色んな説明をして頂きましたが、全般的にフリータイム時の過ごし方等の情報は少なく、ベッラージオでのお昼のレストラン情報もなくて、ちょっと不満でした❗
またクルージング前の集合場所を、日本語で「船着き場」と仰いましたが、実際は違う場所でとても心配しました❗間違った日本語を使っちゃダメですよネ❗？
でも全般的には十分楽しめましたし、説明は有りませんでしたがベッラージオでは島の反対側まで山を越えて行きましたら、全く違う景色で面白かったです❗
とても大変ですが見に行かれた方が良いと思います。

This is our first one with City Discovery. I think one thing I would add is hotel pick up and drop off. Especially when a tour leaves early (7AM) since we found out the metros's in Milan don't open till 7AM therefore we have to take a taxi which can be costly. This has happened to us when we take your Cinque Terre Day trip. We can actually walk to the meeting point but...we are not familiar with the area so it will take time. Another thing that would be nice is to include lunch with the tours. Don't get me wrong you are not the only tour company who does not include lunch but for the cost of the tour to us a nice small lunch would be good. We are looking forward to our tour and hope that since we need to walk to the meeting point you won't leave without us :)nn

I want to thank you so much for the beautiful tour that you organized us in como lack and Bellagio.
The trip started exactly on time and continued perfectly.Our tour guide waz very nice and knew her jobe very well and the places that were choosed where very impressive.
My husband and me enjoyed the tour/trip a lot and we will be happy to travel with you (and to recomand on your company) in the future!

1日充実できるツアーでした。

沢山の観光客で、バスはほぼ満員。朝早くから遅くまで、丸1日のツアーでした。
晴れていたので、コモ湖は素晴らしく、遊覧船にも乗りました。夏以外は寒いとは思います。湖岸でのフリータイムもあり、ゆっくり散歩もできました。ガイドさんの案内で、希望者にはロープウエイを勧められて登りました。アルプスも一望できて、素晴らしい眺めでした。
その日はとても天気が良かったので素晴らしかったのですが、雨だったら、つらいかもしれません。

The day was beautiful and the scenery was spectacular... but more time is needed in Bellagio that the hour and a half.
The microphone and sound system was awful and very difficult to understand the guide, especially with her Engish that was not so good.

Our only complaint was lunch and free time on the tiny Island of the Fisherman instead of maybe back in the town of Stresa which had a lot more shopping available. All the shops on the island were basically the same.

ミラノ発マッジョーレ湖バスツアー

ミラノ発のマッジョーレ湖バスツアーに参加しました。
当日は生憎の雨模様でしたが、湖に近づくにつれ、天気は回復、午後は晴れて素晴らしいツアーになりました。
主催のZANIの集合場所も分かり易く、バスも最新の豪華バス
（ガイドが今日のお客は最新の超豪華バスでラッキーだねと
コメント）。参加は20名程度で、国はアメリカ、カナダ、オーストラリア、シンガポール、サウジアラビア、そして我々日本と様々でした。ガイドの英語は若干イタリア訛りがあるものの
分かり易く、再集合時間などの説明も丁寧でした。
小型ボートでの島（２島）巡りなど、個人で計画してもこれほど効率よく回れないので、ツアーを選んで良かったと思います。
