レビューを書くことは滅多にありませんが、今回の体験が素晴らしかったので書くことにしました。ドライバーは時間通りで、コミュニケーションも良く、親切で礼儀正しかったです。出発時には、私を見つけるためにバンから降りてきてくれました。また、バンは清潔で広々としていました。この会社を再利用することは間違いありません。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！

I never write reviews, but figure I would with this because of how good the experience was. The driver was on time, communicative, helpful, and courteous. He even got out of the van to find me during the departure. And with that said, the van was clean and spacious. I'd definitely roll with this company again. Mahalo for a great experience!

We were lucky enough to have a smaller number of passengers on the boat and the crew definitely helped us make the most of it! Brian, Ryan an Mike were all awesome! The sunset with beautiful and we all had a great time sailing through the swells.

空港を出てからすぐの場所にデスクがあり、分かりやすかったです。シャトルが来る場所も近くてほとんど歩かず、待ち時間も10分程でした。ドライバーさんも感じが良くて、快適でした。

たくさんのカメと魚を見ました！ボートは清潔で、安全で、スタッフも充実していました。帽子とたくさんの日焼け止めを持参してください。クルーは5人で、器材の準備も簡単でした。私たちのグループは約33人で、少し混雑することもあり、階段での待ち時間がありました。クルーは静かで、仕事に集中していました…おそらく観光客に疲れていたのでしょう。美しい写真と風景が楽しめました。本当に素敵なカタマランでした。

Saw lots of turtles and fish! Boat was clean, safe and well staffed. Bring a hat and lots of sunscreen. Crew of 5 and it was easy to get equipment on and ready. Our group had about 33 which was a lot - made for close quarters at times and a line at the stairs. Crew was quiet and all business … they were likely sick of tourists at this point. Beautiful pictures and scenery. Really nice catamaran.

色のついた砂を使って自分で層を作ったり、中に入れる貝殻や香り、ステッカーデザイン、瓶の外につける飾りまで選べて、本当に最高の思い出とお土産ができました♡ 一番最後(上)に選ぶ砂が一番印象強くなるので、特に考えず赤にして可愛くできましたが、次は白や水色でもビーチっぽくて良いな思いました:) 講師の方もハワイのことに詳しいので、話しててとても楽しかったです！作業する部屋は、色んな作品(ドリームキャッチャー、サンキャッチャー、スノードームなど)が置いてあって、そのほかにもイヤリングやキーホルダーも販売していて、どれも可愛かったです◎ またハワイに来たら絶対に参加したいです⑅◡̈* ありがとうございました！

ノースショアシャトルツアーは本当に素晴らしかったです！ツアーガイドはとても親切で優しかったです。観光名所について説明してくれ、ノースショアまで運転してくれました。有名な谷やフードトラックにも連れて行ってくれたので、行きたい場所に簡単に行くことができました。このツアーには本当に満足しました。

north shore shuttle tour was totally awesome! The tour guide was so kind and nice. He explained about some tourist attractions as well as drived me to north shore. He drived me to famous valley and even food truck. So I could go some place I wanted easily.
I was really satisfied with this tour.

I booked this snorkeling tour for our group of 21 months in advance. A couple days before our trip a representative of Hawaii Activities contacted me to let me know the time we booked was no longer an option offered by the company. They rebooked us with a different company for the same day, at an earlier time, without drinks :(, for the same price even though the Moana company charged more than the one we originally booked. I appreciate this so much because as we were boarding, we saw a disappointed family at another dock who had their trip canceled with not even a notification. The boat just never showed up and when they called the company they were told they had to cancel due to COVID. Things happen but a notice would have been nice. Luckily for us Hawaiian Activities/Veltra not only notified us, but made alternative arrangements for us. I would definitely use this company for bookings in the future.

We enjoyed the Na Hoku II Catamaran Waikiki Booze Cruise along with friends and family (including two young nephews)! Truly, this 1 - hour sailing is a great way to experience the Waikiki coast. The crew provided great service both sailing and serving up drinks. I would definitely pick Na Hoku II Catamaran Waikiki Booze Cruise for a future cruise.

This review is based on service, quality, abd cleanliness:

Service: the staff were super nice and knowledgeable. They showed real interest in thwir jobs, always asked to help with taking pictures.

Quality: tour quality was top notch. We got to do a nice little hike, saw different movie sets, and had lots of time to take pictures. It was a bumpy ride but fun

Cleanliness: restrooms are very clean. They were the big portable ones that get parked. In California one of those would be the most disgusting thing, you would rather hold it in. But here it was so clean and everything was well kept.

Overall: highly recommend this tour. I would suggest getting the all around tour though if you have the time

友人の21歳の誕生日を祝いました。小さなグループでしたが、とても楽しかったです。ボートはかなり混んでいたので、あまり動き回ることはできませんでした。ドリンクは美味しく、クルーもフレンドリーでした。またすぐに別のクルーズを予約する予定です。

Celebrated my friends 21st and we had a small group. It was a bunch of fun. Boat was pretty packed so we didn’t move around too much. Drinks were good and a friendly crew. We will be booking another cruise soon.

魚やカメを見ることがほとんどできませんでした。クルーは全く親切ではありませんでした。

Could hardly see fish or turtles. Crew was not friendly at all.

空港に到着後に電話するようにとメールで言われており、電話をしたがつながらず、迷っているとロバーツハワイの車を発見し話しかけたところ、その場所で受付をしていたと聞かされた。

このクルーズの価格や、無料のドリンク、出会う素敵な人々が本当に楽しめます。また、ボートを運営しているスタッフもとてもクールで、ドリンクは強めに作ってくれ、良い音楽を流してくれます。

I really enjoy the price of this cruise and all the free drinks and cool people you meet. Also the guys running the boat are really cool make The drinks strong and play good music .

受け取り・返却場所も利用しやすく、助かりました。
また日本人スタッフがいたことも安心材料でした。
電波の不安定さも感じず、快適に利用できました。

私たちのグループがピックアップされた後、別のカップルもピックアップされました。彼らは私たちが滞在していたコンドミニアムの向かい側でピックアップされたので、私は失望しました。私たちのグループは、指定されたピックアップ場所まで15分歩かなければなりませんでした。もう少し遅く起きて朝食をとることができたかもしれません。ダイヤモンドヘッドまでの移動は簡単で早かったです。到着すると、食べ物や飲み物を買うためのフードトラックがあります。入場時にチケットを求められましたが、運転手がハイキングトレイルに入るためのチケットを渡してくれませんでした。会社に電話しましたが、誰も出ませんでしたし、シャトルドライバーの電話番号も持っていませんでした。ダイヤモンドヘッドのスタッフは私たちを入れたくない様子でしたが、同情してくれて、入れてくれました。もし彼らが「いいえ」と言っていたら、私たちはダイヤモンドヘッドの前で2時間半待たなければならなかったでしょう。この会社で予約する場合は、運転手から公園への入場用の青いチケットを受け取ることを確認してください。

ハイキングの後は、午後のツアーが入ってきて、午前のツアーが出て行くので、混雑していました。新しいシャトルドライバーから電話があり、元のシャトルドライバーのところに連れて行く予定でしたが、彼は交通渋滞に巻き込まれていました。この新しいシャトルは、私たちが乗ってきたものよりもずっと小さかったので、ぎゅうぎゅう詰めでした。運転はとても良く、降車場所に向かう途中で観光ツアーのようなことをしてくれました。私たちは降りて、しばらく待っていました。彼は元のシャトルドライバーが来ると言いましたが（彼は現れませんでした）。人々は第二のハイキングを続けないことに決めました。そこでシャトルドライバーは、私たちが待つ代わりに、少人数のグループなので今すぐ連れて行けると言いました。このツアーを何度も行っているので、もっとスムーズに進むことを期待していました。異なるツアー会社を探すことをお勧めします。

After my group was picked up another couple was picked up. I was disappointed because they were picked up across the street from the condo we were staying at. My group had to take a 15 minute walk to The pick up location that they told us. We could have slept in a little bit later and had breakfast. The ride to Diamondhead was simple and quick. Once you get to the location they do you have food trucks if you want to grab food or something to drink. As we were entering we were ask for tickets. Our driver did not give us the tickets to enter the hiking trail. We called the company no one answered and we did not have the phone number to the shuttle driver. The staff at Diamondhead did not want to let us in. however after taking sympathy on as they were nice and let us in. They could have said no and we would have to have sat in front of Diamondhead for 2 1/2. If you book with this company make sure your driver gives you your blue ticket for entry into the park.

After the hike it was a madhouse because the afternoon tours were coming in and the morning tours were going out. I received a phone call and it was a new shuttle driver who was supposed to take us to our original shuttle driver because he was caught in some type of traffic. It was a tight squeeze because this new shadow was much smaller than the ones that we came in on. The drive was really nice he gave us kind of like a sightseeing tour as we were going to the drop off location. We all get out and we’re kind of just standing around waiting. He tells us that the original shuttle driver is coming (he never showed). For people decided not to continue on with the second hike. So the shuttle driver said that instead of us waiting he could take us now because it was a smaller group. This isn’t their first time doing these tour so I would have expected things to run a lot smoother. I do recommend shopping around for different tour companies.

This was a super fun cruise! Captain Jerry and his crew were helpful, hospitable and so much fun! They made us drinks, had great music and were very interactive with us. They even took pictures for us with our phones! Definitely a great time!

This was an incredible experience. Our guide Steven did a fabulous job and gave my wife and daughters the confidence to give snorkeling a real try. I would definitely recommend this again, and then take that experience and go to a better snorkeling location. Great way to try it out and make sure you able and ready before making the expensive snorkeling investment!

日本人相手のツアーがほとんど中止の中、アウラニディズニーとプレミアムアウトレットに行けて良かったです、自力でバスで行くことも考えましたが時間がかかるのと治安の事もありやめました。
