参加人数が多すぎでした

４月３０日に夫婦で参加しました。
ゴールデンウィークの為なのか、３７名の参加者に対してガイドさん一人でした。
ガイドさんはベテランの方でしたが、さすがに３７名に対して一人では無理があったかと思います。
ガイドさんが首からスピーカーを下げてマイクで話してくれたのですが、それでも離れるとよく聞こえませんでした。
ベッキョ宮殿では、歩きながらの説明はよく聞き取ることができませんでした。
楽しみにしていたフィレンツェ観光だったので残念でした。
人数が増えたら組を分ける等、対応をしてほしかったです。

フィレンツェの事が良く分かりました！

６日間滞在したのですが、初日にツアーに参加したためフィレンツェの概要、観光のポイントが分かり楽しい旅行になりました。
ドゥオーモ、メディチ家、ヴェッキオ橋、ただ見ているだけではきれいだなぁで終わってしまうのですが、感慨深いものとなりうました。特にヴェッキオ宮の幻のダヴィンチ絵の話、見つかったらもう一度訪れたいと思います。ショッピングアドヴァイスも頂き、ありがとうございました！

歩きながらのツアーでしたがガイドさんのおかげで楽しく巡る事ができました。
また他の参加者とも楽しく過ごせました。
ガイドさん曰く「こんな時間がかかったのは初めて！！」
って言われる位に盛り上がっちゃいました。

全体的に見て、程よく自由時間があり、見所は押さえていたので良かったと思います。
シエナはドゥオーモ見学と街歩き、サン・ジミニャーノはお土産を見がてら街歩きを楽しめました。

ガイドさんありがとう！

主要な観光地を周ることができてフィレンツェを堪能出来ました。
ガイドさんも詳しくてためになりました。
ウフィッツィ美術館に入場出来たら言うことなしですが、まずはこちらにさんかすれば街はひととおり理解出来ると思います。
担当されたガイドの関根道子さん、とても良い方でした。
ツアー終了後、翌日にミラノでサッカーを観戦予定だったのですがチケット購入のためにインテーザ銀行に一緒に行ってもらい、売り切れ寸前のところ無事購入出来ました。あの時買えなかったら観戦出来なかったかも。
さらに、午後からはピサのツアーに参加予定だったため時間がなかったのですが、駅近くのおいしいピザ屋さんを教えてもらい、店員さんにじかんが無い旨を伝えて頂き、集合時間までにしっかり食事もとれました。
何から何まで本当にありがとうございました。
今回はフィレンツェでの宿泊はなかったのですが、次に行く時はフィレンツェの滞在を多くとりたいですね。いい街でした。

フィレンツェ入門コース

日本人ガイドさんが現地に長くいるベテランで、いろいろな話をたっぷり聞けました。特に美術に関する話が興味深く、勉強になりました。修学旅行生になった気分でしたが、自分にとっては中世の世界に触れる入門コースとなりました。

シエナとサンジャミヤーノへ（英語ツアー）

ﾐｯｸｽサラダとガイドさんが言っていたように、６ｹ国からの人々の参加グループでした。ガイドさんは良く気がつき、またシエナでのガイドさんも歴史や説明も楽しかったです。
１０人のグループでしたから、まとまったのだと思います。時間的にも丁度良い具合に設定されていました。

As ever, a great way to get oriented and to pick up some cultural and historial context of the city areas, particularly on a first visit, which for us this was. Some spectacular views of the city from the high ground facing the city were almost worth the price on their own.

楽しかったです

落ち着いた中にもユーモアのある男性ガイドさんの説明がとても良かったです。
歴史や由来なども含めて詳細なガイドをしていただき、午後のフリータイムを有意義に過ごすための情報も教えていただけました。
小さな街なので自分たちでガイドブックを片手にまわることももちろんできるのですが、やはりガイドさんがいるといないでは全然違うなと思いました。
また、今回急な体調不良のため途中からの参加になりましたが、トラブルにも親身になって対応していただき大変感謝しています。
１０名程度での街歩きでしたが、お互いに写真を撮り合ったりと楽しく過ごせました。

It was a wonderful excursion and tour aroudn Siena, though it was a bit in a rush by an agent and she did not tell more of a history and details and did not allow much time to browse around Siena's Cathedral and enjoy art. In san Gimignano you wilkl be on your won and there is no guided tour and guide will not escort you and tell any history. You will have to wander on your own aroudn town centre. If you can find a cheaper equivalent for this excursion go ahead and you will save money. Enjoy your stay!

The tour guide and the local guide had both a lot of interesting knowledge they shared with us. A bit more time in the Siena dome would have been good.

Found the local Siena guide's English hard to understand. Both towns are worth seeing, but maybe with a little less emphasis on a lot of facts and figures.

こんなもんでしょう

大型バス２台に分乗しました。ガイドさんはトリリンガルで、車中はスペイン語と英語を早口で案内してましたが、僕の耳では理解不能でした。
シエナに入ってからは現地のおばあちゃんが英語対応ガイドとして合流しますが、これまた相当な訛りです。おばあちゃんなのでゆっくり喋るのでまあ、理解できました。余裕を持ってシエナの街を散策できます。
昼食はガイドオススメのレストランを希望する場合下車後申し込みが必要です（料金別）。僕らは適当なカフェで済ませました。殆どの参加者が自分で済ませたようです。
食後サン・ジミニャーノへ。ここはかなり観光地で、軽井沢みたいでした。

サン・ジミニャーノの世界チャンピオンジェラートは最高！

シエナのドゥオーモの美しさは各都市のドゥオーモを見慣れた目にも全くの目新しい美しさに圧倒されました。またカンポ広場の素晴らしさや向かいのレストランで食べた食事も大変美味しかったです。
サン・ジミニャーノでは３年間世界チャンピオンに輝いたジェラートを頬張りました。やはり各都市で食べたジェラートの中で最高の美味しさでした。
大変満足のいくツアーでした。

I am giving this two stars because I liked the locations that were visited. I found the tour guide, Titziana, to be mediocre. She chattered away non-stop for the entire trip and didn't really have anything interesting to say. It was also very distracting to have to sit and listen to everything she said in multiple languages. After a long day on the road, it would have been nice to have some quiet time on the way home but she just kept going and going. Siena and San Gimignano were beautiful. I took a similar day tour of Tuscany a few years ago through a different company that was much better. The only reason why I didn't go back to them was because they also visited Pisa, which I really didn't need to see again.

Florence City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off Tour

We used the hop on hop off bus at the beginning of our holiday this year which was ba<x>sed near Florence. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters aged 16 and 18 and found the bus an ideal starting point and an excellent way of seeing the city. The audio tape was excellent and very informative. We travelled in to Florence for 3 days and used the bus on the first 2 days. It gave us a real feel for where things were in the city and gave us time to just sit and look and listen when our feet were tired! We would all thoroughly recommend it.,

母との旅行だったので、写真を撮ってもらったりできるかなぁと思い、利用しました。
以前フィレンツェに来たときに個人で観光しましたが、その時と大して変わりませんでした。
お若い方々であれば、あまり利用する必要はないのでは？？と思います。（フィレンツェは小さい街なので、ゆっくり自分たちでも回れるはず）
ガイドさんは、しっかり説明してくださいましたし、楽しかったですが、コスパは悪いです。

The tour itself was interesting but the day itself was very hot, being a July summer day. We enjoyed it though and would advise others to take it as well.
We however encourage the tour operator to communicate immediately with the would-be clients. While we continuously tried to communicate with them (specially so that our credit card had been charged already), they did not respond until after about a week or so thereby leaving us wondering if they did want our business or not.

要所巡りにはいいですね。

文字通り歩いて巡るフィレンツェでしたが
わかりやすく街を案内してくれたので
その後の散策に役立ちました。
ただ、ドゥーモ入場は一般の人と同じく並びます。
仕方ないことなのかもしれませんが、
もっと混んでいたら中での説明の時間が減ったのでしょうか？
それと私は急遽１人参加になってしまい、
どうしてもガイドさんにくっついて色々と話を
してしまっていたのですが、最後のほうでは
ちょっと迷惑だったみたいで質問を無視されました・・・
ちょっとイヤでしたね。

The tour was run by a company operating in Florence since the 1950s. Our experience was excellent. A guide from Florence was in charge, and she was organized and intelligent. In Siena, we English-speakers were guided by a native, Adele, who had studied art history at university. She was outstanding. Lunch with the group in Siena was optional. Although these tour lunches can be pretty bad, this one took us to an appealing restaurant that we might have chosen on our own, and the meal itself was a good value, including a Tuscan soup that I wouldn't have tried on my own, but did, in fact, enjoy. A good package for a day trip from Florence.

The tour was well organised and left on time. The guide in Siena was particularly good as she was from the city and obviously had a passion for it. All in all a grand day out and we would highly recommend it.

きれいでした

イタリアに行ったら、トスカーナと勧められ初めてで一人ということもありバストリップに参加しました。ガイドさんがきめ細かくメンバー確認なさってたり、説明も良かったです。サンジミニャーノは、石畳の中に石やレンガでできた建物（お土産やさん道りですが）のところが雰囲気があり、気に入りました。また行きたいなあと思いました。

The guide Margherita in Siena was fantastic, and we had enough time to explore both places. The recommended lunch was good too. Only area for improvement was that the guide we had on the bus could have provided us with more information on history and the area.

The local tour guide while we were in Sienna was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed Sienna. However the overall guide on the bus was useless. She had absolutely zero personality and was a very poor communicator. She actually looked like she was bored. She needs to get another job.

担当いたしましたガイドは全ての参加者に声が聞こえる様にとマイクを準備しガイディングを行っていたのですが、
それでも説明がよく聞き取る事が出来なかった事そのためせっかくのツアーをお楽しみいただけませんでした事、 大変申し訳なく思っております。
帰国後にお時間をかけて体験談もお書きいただき大変ありがとうございました。
ご意見を無駄にしないようツアーの進め方に注意喚起をいたし、サービスの向上に努めて 参りたいと思います。
