But, the sound track was terrible. It simply could not be heard as it had a lot of static. On many of your busses in different city we found this to be the case with varying degrees. Also if you have an English translation then please use a person that speaks without a heavy (French/Italian) accent. The music is really really annoying!! The announcements by your driver/guide are extremely loud compared to your other commentary and so you have your ears blasted when the next stop is announced. A lot of the staff are not very friendly or helpful as advertised. They appear to be just going through the motions. Some of the ear plug terminals do not work at all. The routes were excellent and what we saw was great and the buses were on time.

観光スポットのドゥオモなどのある市街は、徒歩で十分回れるのでバスに乗るほどではないかと思いましたが、市街から見てアルノ川の向こう岸にあるピッティ宮やミケランジェロ広場に行くには、このバスが便利でした。
ミケランジェロ広場から眺めるフィレンツェの街はとても素敵ですし、あまりガイドブックには紹介されていない丘陵地もガイドを聞きながら眺めることができるので、市街とは違ったフィレンツェを見ることができました。

It was nice that Florence had 3 different routes we could choose from.
The narration was clear and easy to understand. Most of the staff were pleasant.
Some of them were curt.

The tour itself was interesting and well worth it. The only problem was that there were decals all over the windows and you couldn't see out. There were also not very many places to sit on the bottom level and so many blind spots you missed most of the sights.

安心して使用できました

一人旅で、到着が夜１０時半と遅かったので不安でしたが。お迎えの人にはすぐにあえて、そのまま、BMWの車で丁寧にホテルまで送っていただきました。イタリア語はしゃべれませんでしたが、簡単な英語で意思疎通に問題ありませんでした。一人で使用のため少し割高でしたが、とても助かりました。

We bought a 2 day hop on bus ticket for our visit to Florence. We really enjoyed the long trip to Fiosele on Monday 1st October. We were very disappointed on the 2nd October when we waited for 20 mins for the city trip. the bus did not turn up. We were told by a shop keeper that the buses were on strike. This was confirmed after a long walk back to the hotel. There had been no warning and no notices.

なにもわからないはじめての場所で、このサービスは助かります。
自分でタクシーに乗って、というのが明らかに安いですが、はじめての地で、確実に目的地までいくのは多少高くても必要なサービスとおもいます。
ドライバーの方もよい雰囲気で、楽しく安全に目的地まで運んでくださいました。

はじめてのイタリアでした。
ガイドブック等を参考にすると明らかに高くはありますが、はじめての地で、時間どおり、確実に、目的地まで安心していくには最高のサービスだと思います。
ドライバーの方の運転、対応もすばらしいもので、まったく問題なくホテルから空港まで向かうことができました。

Pass covered both city bus tours and covered us for 48 hours, excellent way of viewing city note borders city centre. Commentary OK but could have been better.

We did both hop on hop off buses, one for 1 hour then later the two hour ride. The views were excellent, except that where we sat on both buses the plug in audio did not work so had no idea what we was looking at. Shame really.

As ever, a great way to get oriented and to pick up some cultural and historial context of the city areas, particularly on a first visit, which for us this was. Some spectacular views of the city from the high ground facing the city were almost worth the price on their own.

We used the hop on hop off bus at the beginning of our holiday this year which was ba<x>sed near Florence. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters aged 16 and 18 and found the bus an ideal starting point and an excellent way of seeing the city. The audio tape was excellent and very informative. We travelled in to Florence for 3 days and used the bus on the first 2 days. It gave us a real feel for where things were in the city and gave us time to just sit and look and listen when our feet were tired! We would all thoroughly recommend it.,
