The Last Supper was impressive!

It is a very nice tour for the first time visitor to Milan.
And the Last Supper!!
We had only 15 minutes to see it, but I was able to make the most of it thanks to the tour guide's guidance.

投稿者: Anonymous, 2015/01/26The biggest satisfaction from this tour comes, of course, from seeing the Last Supper. When I first entered the room, I got goosebumps. Looking at the picture, I came to think about what it might have been that Da Vinci wanted to tell. I believe it will be a more meaningful 15 minutes if you learn about the background and history behind this picture, prior to seeing it. I really recommend it.

Highly recommended!
投稿者: Anonymous, 2015/01/26Usually, I don't join tours and rather plan and wander for my own. But since I couldn't get the ticket to see the Last Supper, I had no choice but take the tour...
but it turned out to be great as I could just take a quick tour of Milan and finish it off with the Last Supper. Although we had a limited time to see the Last Supper, the tour guide explained the background of it enthusiastically.
The meeting/breakup point was right outside the tube station, so I was able to transfer much easier than I thought.

Feel the historic Milan
投稿者: Anonymous, 2015/01/26I couldn't buy the ticket in Milan and was beginning to give up on seeing the Last Supper, but I was able to participate in this half day tour in the end. The guide was in speaking English, but I could easily understand him and enjoyed the city sightseeing without any inconveniences. It was an odd feeling to be in the city that is so rich in historic remains and to see all those people that still live there. I had always thought that the Last Supper was a fresco, but I've learnt that it's not! I had had many opportunities to see the Last Supper on pictures, but it was totally different from them. It was really wonderful that I could see it!

The Skip the Line Da Vinci's Last Supper and City Tour in Milan was well worth it. It was a wonderful opportunity to see the main sites of the city. It was packed with great landmarks and the Last Supper visit was marvelous. The guide was also particularly excellent.

貴重な１５分
投稿者: Katie, 2014/06/18「最後の晩餐」が目的で参加しましたが、少々忙しかったですが、短時間でミラノの見所を効率よく回れました。また、個人では絶対入ろうとは思わないスカラ座の内部も見れて意外に良かったです。
参加人数が多かった為か大きな黄色のバスで、何度も乗り降りしましたが、快適でした。ガイド用のイヤホン付レシーバーが配られるので、ガイドさんの声が聞こえないというストレスもなく、説明をしっかり聞くことができました。
「最後の晩餐」は、人数制限の関係上、２チームに分かれ、片方が「最後の晩餐」鑑賞中に教会やお店を見る事もできました。生で見る「最後の晩餐」は、素人ですが、ダヴィンチの柔らかいタッチの絵に感銘を受け、その優しさに、衝撃的な場面を描いていることも忘れ、何故か癒しを覚えてしまいました。ミラノに行くなら、実物を見る事をお勧めします。

The tour covered the major places in Milan. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us much information. I loved the tour of La Scala, Duomo, Sforza Castle. I was so glad the Last Supper was included. The tour was on time and finished on time. The starting point was located by a Metro stop which was convenient. I would book with City Discovery again.

便利です。
投稿者: たかはし, 2014/05/08ミラノで観光出来る時間が２日しか無かったので、
このバスを使って、１日は観光しました。
私は、中央駅前のホテルに宿泊していたので、スタートは
中央駅の乗り場から乗車。
中央駅の乗り場は、メトロの方の出口から出た向かいの
道路に専用のバス停があります。
空港へのシャトルバス乗り場のロータリーとは違う場所ですので
要注意！！
あと、これだけはものすごく残念だったのが。
出発の数日前に、時刻表をツアー申し込みページから印刷して
いたのに、時間が変更になっていて１時間くらいロスしてしまい、
AラインとBラインは回れたものの、Cラインを使ってサンシーロへ見学
に行こうと思っていた予定が無理になってしましました。
確かに、急な変更もあるでしょうから事前に乗り場と時間の確認は
バス停でされた方が良いです。
わりと、いつもいっぱい乗客がいますが、満席で乗れない事はなかった
です。
各座席に、イヤホン差す所がありますので、そこに差して日本語チャンネル
「６」チャンネルで日本語の案内が聞けます。
イヤホンは乗車する際にバウチャーを見せたら、赤いチケットをクレジットの
レシートが出てくるような機械で印刷してくれて、イヤフォンと
パンフレットをもらいます。
この作業が、わりと時間がかかるもので、乗車の多いドゥオーモや
中央駅ではけっこう待たされます。
バウチャー無しでも、現金で乗ってくる人もたくさんいますので。
時間通りに走ると思って、路線バス感覚では使用されない事を
おすすめします。待ってても遅れてくることが多いです。
ただ、逆に考えれば予想外に発見出来る事もあるので、見つけたら
乗っちゃおう感覚でも良いかも。
時刻表通りに考えて、予定を組むとスムーズにいかずストレスに
なると思います。
天気が良ければ、気持ち良いです。
日差しが強いので、サングラスは持ってた方が良いです。
暑ければ１階席も使用出来ます。

期待どおりと言えば、期待どおり
投稿者: moco, 2014/04/15ひとり旅で、本当は日本語ガイド付きの簡単な半日観光が良かったのですが、1人では遂行出来ないとの事だったので、日本語音声ガイド付きの観光バスにしました。
市内ガイドしてくれて、かつ乗り降り自由！
私の目的は果たしてくれたので、期待どおりと言えば、期待どおり観光のバスでした。
が、土・日曜を使って乗る計画で48時間パスを購入したのですが、日曜日にMILANOのシティマラソンがあり日曜日はお休み。
代わりに月・火で使えると言われましたが、他の予定を入れていたので結局使用したのは土曜日だけ…
チケット購入時にスケジュールを把握してもらえていたら良かったです。
改善を希望すると共に、これから購入される皆さんは気を付けて。

バス乗場が分かり難くて残念！

The tour guide was knowledgable and enthusiastic. The tour was well organised, but must have been overbooked as 2 people on the tour missed out the the Last Supper viewing which should not happen.

Breathtaking 15 minute view of the Last Supper with a knowlegeable guide and group less than 30 people per view. Other aspects of the tour are highly recommended as well, for instance the Sforza Castle. Pleased with CityDiscovery.

サンタンブロージョ教会はミラノの守護聖人になっている大司教アンブロージョを祀っているカトリックの聖堂です。建築様式はロンバルディア・ロマネスク建設であり、この様式の傑作とも言われて高い評価を受けています。祭壇の下には地下納骨堂があり、聖アンブロージョと、彼が発見したという殉教者の遺骨が収められています。サンタンブロージョ教会は、祭壇天蓋や、黄金祭壇、モザイク画等があります。内部はビザンチン様式の、柱で区切られており、3身廊になっています。
