LEOさんはとても穏やかで優しく、説明も分かりやすくて気遣いも完璧。

移動中も安全運転で走行しながらハワイの歴史や文化、おすすめスポットなどをたくさん教えてくださり、知識量の多さから日頃からとても勉強されている方なんだなと感じました。
口調も柔らかく、人柄がとにかく良くて終始安心して過ごせました。
また、LINEで地図を送ってくださり「道に迷ったらいつでも連絡してね」と声をかけてくださったりと、細やかなフォローが本当にありがたかったです。
レナーズのマラサダは、通常かなり並ぶそうですが、LEOさんのご配慮で並ばずに済むよう調整してくださいました。
さらに私たちがフリータイムを楽しんでいる間、ジョバンニのガーリックシュリンプに1時間以上並んでくださり、夜ごはんとして熱々で持ち帰れるよう保冷ボックスまで準備してくださっていて感動…！
クチコミで「車内が少し狭い」という意見を見かけましたが、私たちの回は2組のみだったため特に狭さは感じませんでした。
この点は参加人数によるかもしれません。
ツアーはガイドさんによって満足度が大きく変わると思いますが、今回は本当に LEOさんで良かった の一言です。
次回もぜひお願いしたいと思いましたし、
ハワイが何回目の方でもこの方がガイドなら間違いなく楽しめると思います🌈

This was our first time doing a one-day tour in Hawaii, and honestly, it was great from start to finish.
Having LEO as our guide truly made the whole experience.
Leo is calm, kind, and really easy to listen to. He explained everything clearly and was always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable.
He took so many photos for us — and not just quick snapshots. He clearly knows photography and gave awesome tips on angles, where to stand, and even how to pose. The photos turned out amazing, and we’re so glad we have them.
He was a super safe and smooth driver, and at the same time shared tons of interesting info about Hawaii — its history, culture, and great local tips.
You can honestly tell how knowledgeable he is and how much he loves what he does.
His warm personality made the entire day feel relaxed, easy, and fun.
Tours really depend on the guide, and we couldn’t have asked for a better one.
Even though this was our first trip to Hawaii, we would 100% book another tour with Leo.
Whether it’s your first visit or your fifth, you’re going to have an amazing time with him as your guide.
