アロハ！サービスと商品は期待通りでした。私たちが通路を出ると、非常に優しい若い女性がゲートで私たちを迎えてくれました。彼女は私たちの名前が書かれたサインを持っていて、私たちが言う前から私たちを知っているかのように嬉しそうに近づいてきました。その後、彼女は私たちを荷物受取所まで案内してくれました。私は息子にこのレイの歓迎をサプライズしました。レイはとても新鮮で美しかったです。ハワイのバケーションを始める素晴らしい方法です！非常におすすめです！マハロ！

Aloha! Service and product were as expected and promised. A very sweet young lady greeted us at our gate as we exited the walkway. She held a sign with our names and came happily towards us as if she knew who we were before we said, she then helped us get to baggage claim. I surprised my son with this lei greeting. Leis were very fresh and beautiful. A great way to start your Hawaiian vacation! Highly recommended! Mahalo!

Despite our flight information changing several times, they managed to be right at the gate when we arrived! I ordered this as a special surprise for my mom on our trip to Hawaii and she was extra surprised! Thank you for making this happen!

ハワイに初めて行く私たちにとって、典型的な挨拶はレイの挨拶でした。シンプルでした。サインを持った男性が待っていました。写真や華やかなプロセスはありませんでしたが、後で彼に写真を撮ってもらうよう頼みました。やってよかったです。

We're not sure what is the typical greeting but going to Hawaii for the first time for us meant a definite lei greeting. It was simple. There was a guy waiting with a sign. No pictures or fancy process, but we did ask him to take a photo after the fact. Glad we did it.

Our Greeter was so friendly... ordered these welcome lei's as a surprise for my friend who I was traveling with.. She is allergic to flowers, I was able to do a traditional kukui nut lei with a shell upgrade, these were beautiful and fragrant free, perfect for my friend and we could still enjoy a welcome lei... Our greeter was so nice, took our picture, guided us down to baggage claim and helped us find our rental car shuttle.

オーキッドをぜひ！夫は驚いていて、長持ちしました。冷蔵庫に入れておいてください。空港でもオーキッドは買えますが、ハワイの挨拶を受けるのとは違います。初めての方にはぜひおすすめです。子供たちも喜ぶでしょう！

Do the orchids!!! My husband was surprised and they lasted a long time. Keep them in the fridge. Yes there are orchids in the airport to buy but it is not the same as getting the Hawaiian greeting. Definitely for 1st timers. Kids would love this!

Being greeted at the airport by a delightful Hawaiian with the traditional orchid lay she had made was a perfect start to a much anticipated trip. Our greeter was so friendly and informative. I would recommend this to anyone making a Hawaiian vacation for the first time. We wear our leis to dinner each night and still get comments

Thank you to Veltra for making our trip to Hawaii special. Reservations for leis at the airport and our excursion to Kualoa Ranch was easy to make and worth every penny. I appreciated the call reminders and the help I received on questions regarding reservations.

約束通り、美しい新鮮なレイを2つと、とても礼儀正しく助けてくれる若い女の子に迎えられました。彼女はとても感じが良く、私たちがホテルへのシャトルを注文するのを手伝ってくれました。私たちのレイはほぼ6日間持ちました！

We were greated as promised with two beautiful fresh lei's and a very polite helpful young girl. She was so pleasant and helped us order a shuttle to our hotel. Our lei lasted nearly 6 days!

母の誕生日祝い旅行という事でサプライズでお願いしました。
名前を書いたカードを持って空港の出口で待って頂けるとの事で、事前に“Happy Birthday”とメッセージを名前の横に入れて頂けるお願いした際、快く応じて下さったのはとてもありがたかったです。さて当日、さぞかしハワイらしさ満点のお出迎えかとドキドキして空港の出口を出たのですが、迎えてくれたのは普通のジーンズとアロハシャツを着た女の子―。可愛らしくとても感じは良かったのですが、他の添乗員さんに埋もれて分からないぐらいで、少々物足りない感じで残念でした。とは言え、レンタカーのシャトル乗り場まで見送ってくれたりととても丁寧な対応ではあったので、厳しい☆をつけるのは気が引けるのですが、もう少し華やかにお迎えしてもらえるとハワイ気分満点でテンションも上がると思うので、今後に期待して☆２つとさせて頂きます。

旅行に素敵なひとときを加えてくれました。女性の方はとても優しく、快適で、幸せそうでした。私たちの写真を撮ってくれたり、荷物受取所まで案内してくれたり、会話をしたり、笑顔で質問に答えてくれました…。

レイは美しく、私たちがハワイのトロピカルパラダイスに再び戻ることを思いながら海に投げ入れるまで、11日間も持ちました。

The lei was beautiful and lasted a full 11 days until we through them into to the sea with thoughts to return again to Hawaii's tropical paradise.

Purchased leis in advance of our trip to Honolulu. The representative met us at the gate with a clearly legible sign, two beautiful leis, and was very kind and professional. Highly recommend !

ホノルル空港でレイの出迎えを手配しましたが、残念ながらサンフランシスコからのフライトがキャンセルされました。キャンセルの後、次のフライトに急いで乗り込む際に、ヴェルトラにフライト変更を知らせるのを忘れてしまいました。ホノルルに着いたのは午後11時頃で、オフィスにボイスメールを残しました。翌日、彼らから電話があり、3つの美しく新鮮なオーキッドレイ（素敵に包装されたもの）をホテルに届けてくれました。素晴らしいバケーションのスタートを手助けしてくれました。ありがとうございました！

We arranged for a lei greeting at Honolulu airport - unfortunately, our flight from San Francisco was canceled. In the rush to get onto the next flight (which was within an hour of our cancelation) we forgot to inform Veltra about our flight change. When we landed in Honolulu (around 11 pm) we left a voice mail at their office - the next day they called me and then delivered 3 beautiful and fresh orchid leis (nicely packaged) to our hotel. They went above and beyond to help start a GREAT vacation. Thank you!

What a great welcoming and aloha spirit experience. The young lady was most charming, gracious and informative about the whole Hawai'i experience. Answered questions and made recommendations as to sites and luau experiences I wished to take in. One great experience, something I would recommend Hawai'i travelers put their memories list!

We were promptly and happily greeted by Helena as soon as we exited the gate. The leis were very nice orchids, and lasted pretty well for a few days when kept in the refrigerator.

The Leis were absolutely beautiful! The looked fresh and smelled wonderful! The were also huge!! Plus for us! We received many compliments while wearing them. Our greeter was very kind and was there right when we got off our flight. She answered any questions we had and helped guide us to baggage claim. I would use this service again. Amazing!! A beautiful and incredibly sweet greeter met us as we disembarked the plane. These were a surprise for my two daughters and they felt like royalty. The flowers were fresh and still look great hanging in our suite 4 days later.
