Really a enjoying tour and experience. I learned a lot about ANA flight and crew

We made reservations a few months in advance and checking in for our private boat was easy. We had the entire boat to o... moreurselves and we brought some snacks and rinks to enjoy as we floated along. Our boatman kept the boat going smoothly and guided us along but one thing is he really didn’t point out anything not told us about some of the area and sights we were seeing. Luckily several of us are local and knew what things where so we had to point them out to the rest and explain things. We were disappointed that the floating snack/ drink boat never came up along side to offer more drinks or other items as we were hoping to enjoy some warm sake and other treats that wood have made the boat ride a bit more fun.

Everyone was so professional and kind. I learned a lot about the preparation the pilots and flight attendants go through... more in order to qualify to work for all Nippon airways. The only thing I can add is that some people went on the hanger tour also and that sounds like a lot of fun.

We had such a great time creating our little cupcake and fruit tart! The instructor was so kind and spoke very good Engl... moreish, while simultaneously explaining to another group of visitors in Japanese. It was also a nice change of pace from running around Tokyo to sit and do a craft. We had a hard time choosing additional souvenirs (a magnet and keychain) from their wide selection, and it felt nice to buy from a local business versus the mass produced ones you’ll see in tourist shops. We’d love to come back and do a larger craft next time we’re in town!

We had a fantastic time touring the ANA base and gaining insight into the airline’s operations. As a longtime ANA fan, i... moret was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend the tour. The Taiwanese ANA staff were outstanding—welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly hospitable.
