初めて友達を案内しました！

２０１９年１２月に友達と２人で参加しました。
私は家族で何度かこちらのツアーにお世話になっています。
女性２人の参加でそれぞれ１人乗りで参加しました。
友達は初めてのジェットスキーだったので
とても喜んでいました。
経験者の私の感想は、あまり楽しめなかったのが本音です。
私たち２人以外にも参加者が４人おり
インストラクターが前後１人ずつ付いたので
計８人でのツーリングでした。
先頭のインストラクターの後ろに
①私の友達 ②私 ③～⑥他の参加者でスタートしましたが
４０キロくらい速度で淡々と走っている感じでしたので
物足りないままツアーが終了しました。
貸切ではないので、しょうがないかもしれません。
このツアーをお勧めした友達には
本当に喜んでもらえたので良かったです。

日焼けに注意
投稿者: はなぷ, 2019/06/28日本で何度か乗ったことがあったから並んで乗る為、少し物足りないが綺麗な海でのジェットはとても気持ちいい。
海よりプールより1番日焼けした。
ドローンでの撮影は楽しかったしあんなに近くにドローンが来てドキドキした。
写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて思い出になるが別料金だったので結局買わなかった。
初心者には楽しいが経験者には少し物足りないかも‥
でも日本では味わえない綺麗な海でもジェットは貴重な体験でした。

まさかの、、、
投稿者: ゴリラ, 2018/09/16天気も安定しており 評判通りでしたが、乗ったマシンの調子が悪く3台も途中で交換してもらうトラブルがありました。
インストラクターの方も陽気で終始笑いありの1時間程のクルージングでした！
また機会があれば参加したいと思います！

ジェットスキーの乗り方もジェスチャー！
よくわからないまま
海に出るとスタッフは全速力で
先に進んでしまいます。
波も高く転覆したらどうしようと
焦りながらの運転でした(╥_╥)

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us. We try and make sure that every driver is comfortable before they go outside the reef when we do our practice driving inside the bay. Usually if the instructor sees someone having a hard time they take extra time inside to make sure they are ready for driving. There are some areas of our tour where you do need to go at a faster pace to insure that we get outside of the reef safely.
As due to the high waves we are sorry for that as there is very little we can do to solve this. After all you are going outside the reef to the ocean.
We would not operate if we know that it was not a good day to drive outside.

波が高かった(｡-_-｡)
投稿者: ニシヤマ, 2015/01/09先日 体験したのですが、その日は波が普段より波が高くて小さなお子さんのいるご家族と一緒であまりスピード出せずちょっと残念でした(｡-_-｡)
又シュノーケリング セットで予約したのですがジェットのみでした꒰๑•ૅૄ•๑꒱
Thank you for your input about our tour. We always hope to fulfill all your expectations. Unfortunately we do not know the demographic of our guests ahead of time, but we are willing to accommodate special requests to go during a different time slot upon arrival at the activity location. I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to go snorkeling -- Our staff makes the call if it is safe or not for snorkeling that day; they should have informed you that it was not safe that day. There are a lot of fish at the private island! Thank you and looking forward to hopefully seeing you again.

マリンジェット楽しい(*^。^*)

お天気も良く、楽しいツーリングが出来たのですが、マリンジェットがチョット古いのと、シュノーケリングのマスクに水が入り潜れなくて残念でした(泣)
総合的には満足です(^O^)
We try to ensure that each of our customers has the best time possible,so we are very happy that the customers seemed to enjoy the tour overall.We are concerned that the customer had an issue while snorkeling with the mask taking in water.Though this is only a 10 minutes of the 1 hour tour,we take it very seriously.We only use high quality equipment manufactured for scuba diving in a size that is designed to fit the majority of our customers.Most likely the mask had an adequate fit but the customer may not have adjusted it properly or been familiar with proper snorkeling technique.Fortunately a little water in the mask is not dangerous,but had the customer pointed this out to the guide the issue most likely could have been resolved on the spot and made the rest of their snorkel experience more comfortable and enjoyable.We encourage all customers to point out any issues whatsoever immediately,so we might have the opportunity to provide immediate solutions.Kind regards, Captain Dan
