I surprised my wife and kids with the lei greeting. A pretty young lady was right there at the gate as we departed the plane. My kids saw their names first and did a double-take as they were not expecting the greeting. The leis were beautiful and it was a small but important start to our first trip to Hawaii.

My wife and I decided to bring our 16 yr old son and his girlfriend to Hawaii with us for our 25th wedding anniversary. We really didn't know how it would work out, But we are so glad we did. We had the time of our lives and so did the kids. When we arrived at Honolulu and my wife received the flower lei, it seemed to set the tone fore the rest of the week. I ordered the wedding leis for my son & his new bride for when they walked off the plane in Honolulu. Richard was awesome as was the rest of your staff. A missed plane, a broken plane and a late arrival made me believe no one would be waiting. Instead there stood Richard with a placard and an escort to our luggage and directions to the rental car agency.
