This was an amazing day, even with all the unexpected rain. Our tour guide went out of his way to ensure we had a fun-filled, informative, unusual and amazing tour of Kualoa Farms and the Jurassic Park experience. From patiently taking pictures of each group, to encouraging up to participate in cute dinosaur videos, he ensured we were safe but daring on our UTV's and talking to each group individually to give us the 'personal touch!" 雨が降っていても、本当に素晴らしい体験でした。ホホは私の馬で、グループのレジーナ・ジョージと表現されていました！スタッフは親切でした。トレイル中にリーダーのキャシーともう少しコミュニケーションが取れる方法があれば良かったです。写真を撮るためにもう一か所立ち寄ることができれば嬉しいですし、立ち寄る場所には人が降りられるブロックがあれば素晴らしいですね！また、見かける植物や私たちがいる地域について、POLOに関する情報も少し学べるといいなと思いました。
ペースは良かったですが、座る際の指示（内腿の痛みを軽減するためにどこを締めるかなど）があると助かります。
ヘルメットを清掃する方法が見当たらず、確保されているとも思えませんでした。お客様が購入できるバンダナを提供することで、シラミなどを気にする人がより快適に感じられるかもしれません。
私たちは「それ」を乗りこなすことの意味を本当に学びました。
It was really a great experience, regardless of the rain. HoHo was my horse— described as the Regina George of the group! The staff were friendly. Wish there was a way to communicate with our leader, Cassie a bit better while on the trail. It would be nice to have stopped in one more place for pictures and if the spot we do stop at could have a block so people could get off, that would be cool! It would also be cool to learn a little about the plants we see, the area we are in, more information about POLO too.
The pace was good although a little instruction on how to sit in the seat (where to tighten to lessen the inside leg pain) would be helpful too.
I did not see and was not ensured of a method for cleaning the helmets. Maybe offering some kind of bandana for customers to buy so people who are weary of lice or anything can feel more comfortable.
We really learned the meaning of learning how to ride “it”.

The experience on this trip was amazing. We are avid snorkelers and love the ocean and animals so our expectations were high. The crew was friendly, fun, kind, (even when we had to be reminded of the safety rules because we got a bit excited when we saw the dolphins) professional, talented and explained the rules and safety precautions very well. We saw a large pod of dolphins as we swam in the bluest of water, sighted whales, snorkeled with tropical fish and two turtles and cruised down the gorgeous West coast listening to Hawaiian music. Magical. Group tours have there frustrations because of the number of people trying to see things at the same time but as far as group tours go this was one of the best we have done! We appreciated the Aloha we received from all the crew! You will not regret going on this trip! Mahalo to all the crew and Tommy who greeted us on the docks.

Everything about this experience was great - the crew was very cool and down to earth and sociable. I got to chat with all of them and they all live very cool lives and treated my gf and I like family. They were very accommodating and hospitable. This was a amazing sunset booze cruise! We sailed during the sunset, and it was probably the most beautiful sunset I've seen in hawaii from all my times visiting. The crew was super fun and really paid attention to everyone onboard. Everyone was included in all activities while on the sandbar. I would highly recommend this specific company. They provided SUP boards, snorkels, and lead us to see the sea turtles (they were HUGE)! One of the most fun activities we had while in Oahu.
