金継ぎについて学び、そのプロセスを体験する素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。その日のうちに自分の作品を持ち帰ることができるのは大きなプラスです。また、使用する材料についての説明や、代々木での材料購入リストも提供されます。皆さんの英語スキルも素晴らしく、いくつかの高度な作品も見ることができました。素晴らしくユニークな体験でした。

Had a great time learning about Kintsugi and working the process. You are able to take your work with you that day so that is a big plus. They also explain all the materials and a list so you can buy supplies in Shinjuku. Everybody had excellent English skills and we saw some advanced examples as well. Great and unique experience.

オンライン予約は簡単でわかりやすかったです。チケットを受け取る場所もとても見つけやすかったです。スカイホップは、寒い冬の日に必要なものをすべて提供してくれました。ブランケット、ホットパッド、イヤフォンなど、すべて考慮されています。翻訳にスペイン語、イタリア語、その他のヨーロッパの言語も追加してほしいですね。

家族と私は素晴らしい時間を過ごし、景色を本当に楽しみました。これ以上のものは求められませんでした。

Online booking was easy and easy to understand . Very easy to find the place to get the ticket. Skyhop has everything provided for. from the blankets with this cold winter days. Heat pads and the earphones. They have though of everything. It be nice with the translation they should add also Spanish, Italian and some other European languages.

My family and I had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the scenery. Couldn't ask for more.

The online registration and check in process was very smooth. We took the tour on a cold December day and they have provided covered bus option for certain times, which was great. For the double decker they have also provided hand warmers and blankets which were much appreciated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only improvement I would recommend would be to provide more historic information on the tour. Try this tour if you have limited time in Tokyo!

I did the same tour by myself last year and enjoyed it a lot! So this year I took my parents and they were overwhelmed with the city! So this tour just gives you a great overview and is quite informative too! Recommend (again) :)

This was one of the greatest afternoons we had in Tokyo. Our hosts were incredibly nice, they told us about the history of the potteries and kintsugi as well. If you are interested in Japanese art, philosophy and history, and would like to create something, and not just look at things in a museum you cannot miss out on this experience!

We really enjoyed our kintsugi class! Yoshiichiro and Yoshiko were so kind and generous. The process was easy to follow and plenty of assistance was provided. The had examples to show and to help explain the craft. Yoshiko spoke very good English and made a delicious cake. They were both clearly very experienced craftsmen with a passion for what they were doing and a wish to ensure everyone came away with a well finished, repaired piece of pottery. We were even able to take our bowls away on the same day, very carefully packaged. A helpful materials list was provided with instructions on where to buy them. The class size was small, which was perfect. They also sent photos of us both at work during the class which was a great idea. Highly recommended experience for any level!

Couldn’t fault it - arrived to tasty apple tea (or coffee), sponge roll and chocolates and a very friendly welcome. Got to choose a piece of pottery to repair (mine was from 1912 and my mother’s 1868!) and went through the process. Walked away with the piece securely packed into a rigid container, so we arrived home with the pieces ready to be lightly rinsed before two weeks of curing.
Run by a lovely couple, he speaks limited English but she speaks quite a bit, and both were very welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to know us.

Both instructors gave detailed information and provided visual details on the products used. The class was well organized and relaxing. Tasty snacks were provided and I appreciated their sincerity and expertise.
The process did not take too long perhaps one hour and we were not rushed. It is best to take notes particularly with amounts of lacquer used and the steps involved.

また、自分たちで道具をどこで（どこでないか）購入するかについてのアドバイスを提供してくれ、セッションの写真や学んだことの書面による指示も送ってくれました。
このワークショップは、アートを学びたい方に絶対にお勧めします。彼らは素晴らしい方々で、自分のスキルを共有することを楽しんでいます。

Both Yoshiichiro-san and Yoshiko-san were lovely people - they greeted us warmly to the studio, welcomed us with tea and Yoshiko-san's fresh homemade orange tea and coconut-pineapple tart.
It was a fascinating, easy to follow workshop in the art of kintsugi - Yoshiko-san has a very good command of English so was able to not only help guide us but answer many questions about the art, the work they've done etc.
They also provided guidance on where (and not) to buy the equipment for ourselves as well as sending us photos of our session and written instructions of what we had learned.
Would absolutely recommend this workshop to anyone who's interested in learning the art as they are wonderful people who enjoy sharing their skills.

乗降自由のバスは、短時間で観光する便利な方法です。バスの運行スケジュールは時間通りです。下のデッキの座席はないので注意してください。乗客は上のデッキに上がるために急な階段を上る必要があります。

Hop on/off bus offer convenient way for quick sightseeing. Bus schedule is on time. Be aware there is no lower deck seating. Passenger need to be able to ascend steep steps to upper deck.

they would not allow you to sit on the bottom level although it was extremely hot and started to sprinkle. Bring an umbrella for shade and rain.

The bus never came during the allotted time.

The bus did not make a stop like it was supposed to. The lady would not allow us to get off when there is clearly a stop on the map they give.

I spent a lot of $ on cab rides because they never came by the stop. We were 20+ minutes early.

日差しが強烈な日でした。日陰がなく、地下に行かないように言われ、日差しを避けるために傘を使わないようにも言われました。六本木ループにバスを2台追加してもらえると良いですね。バスの間隔が長すぎます。

The day was hot as hades. There is no cover, we were told not to go downstairs and we were also told not to use umbrellas to help with the sun. It would be nice to add 2 more busses on the Roppongi loop, there is way too much time between busses.

Yoshiichiro and Yoshiko Kuge are the best people that you would want to meet and learn from.

The are very friendly and definitely lovely. They have been doing pottery for more than 50 years and practice Kintsugi art for 35 years. They are passionate at what they do and willing to teach us what they have in their hands.

Me and my husband had the best time in Tokyo that 2 hours as we learn basic kintsugi art. Definitely a thing to remember for our trip.

Would definitely recommend this to everyone that we know . Thank you Yoshiichiro and Yoshiko Kuge. Hugs...

最後の瞬間にバスツアーに参加することに決めました。午前10時にオンラインでチケットを購入し、午後1時にツアーバスに乗りました！（日中は何度も運行しています）。情報を取得するのに問題はなく、スタッフは非常に親切で快適でした。彼らは市内の他のランドマークに関する情報や、食事や買い物、ランドマーク近くの地下鉄駅などの典型的な観光客の質問にも答えてくれました。非常におすすめで、また参加したいです！

Decided last minute to take a bus tour as in it was 10:00 AM and we bought the tickets online and got on the tour bus at 1:00 PM! (There are times running throughout the day). No issue getting our information and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They even helped us find out information regarding other landmarks in the city and typical tourist questions like where to eat, shop, and metro stations near landmarks. Highly recommend it and would do it again!

I hope this isn't a duplicate post. We got there early and the family let us in any way. We were given melon cake and a homemade tea that is the best tea I have ever had. We got to pick our piece. They told us my piece was 200 years old. One teacher does a piece as well so you can watch. Both of them were very nice and fun. They gave us a tour of their pottery studio as well. They have a new packaging system so you can leave with your piece. They showed us all of the materials needed and they have made a photoshopping list so you can just snap a photo of the supplies. They told us where we could by in Tokyo and we did. The wife could speak some English. I would recommend you have someone with you that can understand basic Japanese. I highly recommend this class!

the workshop itself is cute and quaint delivering a more personal experience. you are greeted with some cake and the most delicious tea. you get to learn the process hands on and see their other beautiful work they’ve completed. they even made sure to package our work for a safe trip back home!

My brother and I were very warmly and generously hosted. Yoshiko took the trouble to serve us delicious cake and home brewed apple tea! The teaching on kintsugi was paced well, the steps taught and demonstrated clearly and we had ample opportunity to work on our own pieces. Their packaging enabled us to fly the items back a 6 hour trip safely withourlt breaking! Lovely couple, excellent course and I would highly recommend it.

This service worked out wonderfully! My wife and I decided last minute to do a tour bus ride to visit spots around Tokyo. When I say "last minute" I mean at breakfast around 0800 we decided to do the hop on hop off bus tour at 1030. From the time I booked it on my phone and when we checked in, the Representative already had our information printed out and confirmed our activity. Check in was smooth. The bus ride tour was perfect for us. We were able to hop off and visit a few popular locations. All in all, it was a great experience. I will use Veltra, again. Thank you.

It was a very good experience. They were very kind and gentle and they teached me very good. I liked that I took the repaired porcelain with me immediately. The address is perfectly described and I got there very easy. If you like this kind of things I will definitely recommend the activity, you will enjoy it!!

18歳と20歳の息子と一緒にワークショップに参加しました。金継ぎの基本を学ぶための2時間がとても充実していました。すべての材料は東急ハンズで揃うとのことです。ヨシコさんが英語を話すので理解に問題はなく、手作業のクラフトなので多くの言葉は必要ありませんでした。また、美味しいケーキとコーヒー（またはお茶）も含まれていました！私たちは帰りの旅のためにカップをきれいにパッキングしてもらい、大きな笑顔で帰りました。

Attended the workshop with my two sons (18 & 20 ys old). Well-spent two hour workshop to get the basics of kintsugi - and a note to get all the supplies at Tokyu Hands. No problem understanding since Yoshiko speaks English and the craft is manual so not many words are needed. Also: delicious cake and coffee (or tea) included :-)! We got our cups neatly packed for the journey back home and left with huge smiles on our faces.

It's a good service if you are short on time but want to experience Tokyo.

The staff was helpful and the service started promptly.

The issue I faced was, the audio commentary and the location I was viewing was different.

If this could be coordinated, it would be worth it.

３つのコース全て乗車し、効率的に東京観光出来るので、私にとってはとてもよい乗車券でした。
途中下車出来るので、自分が行きたい場所で乗り降り出来るので、予め時刻表を確認する事で、いろいろな場所を楽しむ事が出来ました。
次の東京観光の時にも、利用しようと思います。

東京の中心部を巡る興味深いツアーでした。オープントップバスに乗り降りできるポイントがありました。六本木/お台場ルートでは、東京テレポートの前に1日にバスが3台しかないため、例えば六本木ヒルズでかなりの時間を過ごす必要があります。東京テレポート以降は、お台場専用ルートと重なるため、バスを乗り換えることができ、バスの間隔は約1時間半になります。今週は強い日差しで30度の気温だったので、今後の旅行者には天気を確認し、帽子と日焼け止めを持参することを強くお勧めします。

As mentioned, this was an interesting tour round the centre of Tokyo, with the ability to get on and off the open-topped bus at points of interest.
On the Roppongi/Odaiba route, before Tokyo Teleport, however, there are only three buses per day, meaning you'd need to spend quite a long time at e.g. Roppongi Hills. At or after Tokyo Teleport, the route coincides with the Odaiba-only route, so you can change between buses, meaning the gap between buses is only an hour and a half or so.
It was a strong sunshine/30C day this week, so future travellers are strongly advised to check the weather, and to take hats and sunscreen.

私たち二人だけだったので、ヨシイチロウさんとヨシコさんは、欠けた部分ではなく壊れた部分を修復することをお願いした際、とても親切に対応してくれました。時間通りに仕上げることができました。美しい手作りのケーキとお茶をいただいた後、私たちは皿の作業に取り掛かりました。ヨシコさんは英語がとても堪能で、プロセスなどを詳しく説明してくれました。彼らの他の完成作品のサンプルは目を見張るもので、金継ぎは単なる陶器の修理ではなく、アートフォームであることがわかりました！もしまたこの地域に来ることがあれば、もっと長いセッションを受けたいと思います。

Sine there were just the two of us, Yoshiichiro and Yoshiko were most accommodating when we requested to do a broken piece rather than a chipped piece and we were able to finish it on time.
We were served a beautiful home-made cake and tea, and then proceeded to work on our plates. Yoshiko has a very good command of English and explained the processes and more. The samples of their other completed work were eye-opening - kintsugiis not just pottery repair but an artform!
We would return to do longer sessions if ever we come this way again.

I've always wanted to try Kintsugi and the teachers were so gracious and very skilled. I learned the basics of Kintsugi and was given a list of supplies to purchase if I was wanted to continue the art of Kintsugi. The tea and brownies were some of the best I've ever had. Very charming experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
