Dear ゆんゆん, We are sorry to hear that our perfumer apprentice workshop did not meet your expectations. When we created this course in consultation with several perfumers, we wanted to orientate it around the aromatic and citrus fruit notes used to make the famous cologne. We believed it was it was the best way to as it were get started in perfumery, The 9 essences proposed for our course have been carefully selected so that the participant can create a product with consistent olfactory qualities. To propose more essences would have been ultimately misleading on our part, as in the short timeframe of the workshop we would not have time to effectively explain and analyze each essence.
I hope that this message helps to give a little more context to the content of the workshop, and that your memory of the experience is a little more positive.
