このアクティビティはオンラインで簡単に予約でき、十分な指示とバウチャーが受け取れました。料理は素晴らしく、フルバーサービスも良い特徴でした。伝統的な日本人やそのような体験を求める訪問者に対応しています。ただし、非日本人の乗客に対する解説や指示は考慮されておらず、座席は床のクッションで、テーブルの下に足を置くスペースはありませんでした。

This activity was easily booked on line and adequate instructions and vouchers were received. The food was excellent and full bar service was a good feature. It caters for tradition Japanese nationals and visitors seeking such an experience. No allowance was made in the commentary or instructions for non Japanese passengers of which there were a few and seating was on floor cushions without any leg space under the table.

・"江戸切子のオリジナルグラス制作体験"という言葉に惹かれて姉と二人、参加させていただきました。
グラスも、大きさや色等によって別途料金がかかるものもありましたが、透明な物だけでなく、色々な色があってどれも綺麗でした。
彫る前には、彫り方等の説明があり、勿論ガラスを実際に練習で削ってみることも出来ました。
スタッフの方が自分が彫ったものに対して、こうするともっと綺麗に出来ますよ、等アドバイスをくださるので、とてもわかりやすかったです。
さすがに初めてだったので、出来はあまり良いものとは言えない見た目になってしまいましたが、何ヵ所か、まだ上手く出来た気がする柄もあるので、良かったです。

これは日本での最も楽しい体験の一つでした。金継ぎの技術は魅力的で、驚くほど簡単です。ヨシコさんとヨシイチロウさんは本当に素敵な方々で、この技術に非常に精通しています。彼らは私たちが自宅で続けられるように材料の買い物リストを提供してくれました！完成した作品は美しく、彼ら自身の作品もいくつか見せてくれましたが、それはさらに印象的でした。私はこの体験を本当にお勧めします！

This was one of the most enjoyable experiences in Japan. The art of kintsugi is fascinating and shockingly easy. Yoshiko and Yoshiichiro are truly lovely people and incredibly well-versed in the trade. They provided us with a shopping list to get materials so we can continue to do this at home! The finished results are beautiful and they also shared some of their own work which is even more impressive. I really can't recommend this enough!

年末年始で参加できるツアーを探していたところこのツアーに出会いました。
様々なグラスから好きな形を選び、希望の柄を彫ることができます。
先生が丁寧に教えてくれる為、初めてでも希望のイルカやリュウグウノツカイを彫ることができました（参加するときには作品の具体的イメージがあるといいかも知れません）。
伝統文化を体験でき、非常にいい思い出になりました。

This was a thoughtful and well planned guide to kintsugi. From a delicious treat to begin, to the history of the patterns of our chosen cups, to a guided experience of kintsugi. We took home our repaired cups and look forward to them being a beautiful reminder of Japan!

素晴らしい体験でした。マスターは英語を話しませんが、英語の情報が書かれた文書を渡してくれます。儀式をお勧めします。なぜなら、それは本物でユニークなイベントだからです。

Amazing experience, the master doesn’t speak English but he gives a document with info in English. I recommend the ceremony because is a authentic and unique event

父の誕生日のお祝いに両親を招待しました。当日はあいにくの天気でしたが、屋形船という非日常を喜んでくれました。ビューポイントでは船が泊り、夜景を堪能しました。また、隣席の方々との交流も素敵で、最高の誕生祝いとなりました。

このガラスカッティングクラスで素晴らしい体験をしました。見た目ほど簡単ではありません。私たちは、職人によってカットされた美しいグラスや皿に対する感謝の気持ちが高まりました。このクラスをお勧めします。素晴らしい文化体験でした。

We had a wonderful experience at this glass cutting class. It is not as easy as it looks. We now have a greater appreciation for beautiful glasses or plates that have been cut by masters. I would recommend this class. It was a great cultural experience.

金継ぎの技術についての非常に短いイントロですが、2時間で材料とプロセスを感じるには十分でした。自分で簡単な修理を試みる自信を持って帰ることができ、まさに私が望んでいたことです。指示と買い物リストも完璧でした。 また、抹茶ゼリーは美味しく、カップルも素敵でした！

A very short intro into the craft of kintsuge, but enough in two hours to give you a feel for the. materials and process involved. I left with enough confidence to attempt some simple repairs myself, which is exactly what I wanted. The instructions and the shopping list were also perfect.
Also the matcha jelly was delicious and the couple are lovely!

This was a wonderful class .we enjoyed it thouroughly and will be going back for more .The teachers were so patient ,helpful and kind They were great hosts and gave clear instructions during and after the class .Kintsugi is such a beautiful art and they are highly experienced and skilled .It was inspiring to see some of their pieces .overall excellent and very satisfying experience!

予約時間より15分ぐらい早くお店に着いてしまったのですが、快く案内して頂きました。最初にグラスの種類、その特性（加工しやすさなど）、料金について丁寧な説明があり、そのあと割としっかり練習させてもらえます。その時の自分の力量をふまえて（笑）、グラスの種類とデザインを決めるといいと思います。夫と自分ではデザイン性が全く違っていてその点も面白かったです。制作時間は決まっているので、あまりに細かかったり手の込んだデザインにすると、最後の方は焦ってしまうかもしれません。その点、私たちは偶然ですが早めに制作を始めさせてもらえたので、作品の撮影も含めて時間内に終えることができました。当然ですが、不出来な部分も多々ありますが、先生がある程度は手直ししてくれるので安心です（笑）夏に冷たい飲み物をこのグラスで飲むのが楽しみです。とてもいい体験ができました＾＾

そのワークショップは、美しい金継ぎの技法を紹介してくれるだけでなく、本当に人間的な体験でした。私たちは、美味しい手作りのケーキと素晴らしいアップルティーで歓迎され、その後、愛と寛大さをもって、私たちの二人の先生によってさまざまなステップを紹介されました。彼らの名前を恥ずかしながら忘れてしまいましたが、彼らはとても気配りがあり、愛らしかったです。素敵な午後を提供してくれました！この体験をぜひお勧めします！！

That workshop was a real human experience on top of introducing us to this beautiful kintsugi technique. We have been welcome by a delicious homemade cake and a gorgeous apple tea before being introduced to the different steps with a lot of love and generosity by our two teachers whom I shamelessly forgot the name.
They have been so caring and adorable, they offered us an adorable afternoon! I highly recommend that experience to you!!

数年間、金継ぎに興味を持っており、自分たちの作品を作ることができて楽しかったです。ホストのカップルは魅力的で、エポキシが乾くのを待っている間など、追加の指導をしてくれました。また、美味しいスナックもいただきました。完成した後、彼らは私たちのカップを飛行機で持ち帰るのに壊れないように梱包してくれました。さらに、私たちの写真をたくさん撮ってくれて、翌日に送ってくれたのもとても思いやりがありました。

注：私たちは、チップを修理する2時間のクラスを受講しましたが、大きなひび割れではありませんでした（私が思っていたように）。大きな修理プロジェクトにはもっと時間がかかりますが、このクラスでは自分の時間でできるスキルを身につけることができました。

I've been intrigued by kintsugi for several years and it was fun to learn the practice and make our own pieces. The host couple is charming and provides additional teaching during the down time (such as while waiting for the epoxy to dry). We also got a delicious snack. When we finished, they packaged our cups in a way that made them easy to bring home on the plane without breaking. They also took a lot of photos of us and sent them to us the next day, which was very thoughtful.

Note: we did the two hour class which involved fixing chip, rather than a large crack (as I thought). It would take more time to do a larger repair project, and the class gave us the skills to do so on our own time

金継ぎについて学び、そのプロセスを体験する素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。その日のうちに自分の作品を持ち帰ることができるのは大きなプラスです。また、使用する材料についての説明や、代々木での材料購入リストも提供されます。皆さんの英語スキルも素晴らしく、いくつかの高度な作品も見ることができました。素晴らしくユニークな体験でした。

Had a great time learning about Kintsugi and working the process. You are able to take your work with you that day so that is a big plus. They also explain all the materials and a list so you can buy supplies in Shinjuku. Everybody had excellent English skills and we saw some advanced examples as well. Great and unique experience.

私たちは12月の最後の土曜日にこのクルーズを楽しみ、とても楽しかったです！食べ物は美味しく、日本酒とビールも豊富で、スタッフも魅力的でした。全体的に家族向けのアクティビティで、小さな子供やおばあさんを連れた人々も見かけました。東京にいるときにレインボーブリッジで花火が上がるのを見られたのは幸運で、今まで見た中で最高の花火でした！また、船内には伝統的なエンターテイナーがいて、みんなをいくつかのパーティーゲームに参加させてくれました。私たちは起こっていることをすべて理解できませんでしたが、皆さんは親切で、私たちのグループの何人かが参加しました。このクルーズを強くお勧めします。

We did this cruise on the last saturday in December, and had so much fun! The food was tasty, the sake and beer was abundant, and the staff was charming. The whole activity was family friendly, and we saw people with small children and grandmothers in tow. We were lucky to be in Tokyo when they had fireworks on the rainbow bridge, and it was the best fireworks I’ve ever seen! There was also a traditional entertainer on board, who engaged everyone in a couple of party games. Although we didn’t understand everything that was happening, everyone was gracious and several people in our group took part. I would highly recommend one of these cruises.

これは東京で過ごした素晴らしい午後の一つでした。ホストの方々はとても親切で、陶器や金継ぎの歴史についても教えてくれました。日本のアート、哲学、歴史に興味があり、何かを作りたいと思っているなら、博物館でただ見るだけではなく、この体験を見逃すことはできません！

This was one of the greatest afternoons we had in Tokyo. Our hosts were incredibly nice, they told us about the history of the potteries and kintsugi as well. If you are interested in Japanese art, philosophy and history, and would like to create something, and not just look at things in a museum you cannot miss out on this experience!

料理は素晴らしく、飲み物も豊富で、スタッフはとても気配りがありました。そして何より、客層は非常に地元の人たちで、観光客っぽくありませんでした。唯一の欠点は、すべての解説が日本語だったことですが、湾の景色はほとんど自分で語っていました。

The food was great, the drinks were plentiful, staff were very attentive and best of all, the crowd was very local, not touristy at all. The only downside of this was that all commentary was in Japanese but the views of the bay pretty much spoke for themselves.

We really enjoyed our kintsugi class! Yoshiichiro and Yoshiko were so kind and generous. The process was easy to follow and plenty of assistance was provided. The had examples to show and to help explain the craft. Yoshiko spoke very good English and made a delicious cake. They were both clearly very experienced craftsmen with a passion for what they were doing and a wish to ensure everyone came away with a well finished, repaired piece of pottery. We were even able to take our bowls away on the same day, very carefully packaged. A helpful materials list was provided with instructions on where to buy them. The class size was small, which was perfect. They also sent photos of us both at work during the class which was a great idea. Highly recommended experience for any level!

子供たち（7歳と10歳）には少し難しかったですが、私たちは楽しみました。インストラクターは子供に対して少し不安そうでした。それでも、全体的には興味深く楽しい体験で、素敵なお土産もありました。

We enjoyed this though it was a bit difficult for my kids (7 and 10). The instructor seemed uncomfortable with children. Still, overall an interesting and fun experience with cool take home souvenirs.

Couldn’t fault it - arrived to tasty apple tea (or coffee), sponge roll and chocolates and a very friendly welcome. Got to choose a piece of pottery to repair (mine was from 1912 and my mother’s 1868!) and went through the process. Walked away with the piece securely packed into a rigid container, so we arrived home with the pieces ready to be lightly rinsed before two weeks of curing.
Run by a lovely couple, he speaks limited English but she speaks quite a bit, and both were very welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to know us.

予約の時間に間違いがありました。私は午後6時に予約をしましたが、午後6時のディナークルーズは利用できず、1時間以上待たされました。平日の夜は午後7時のディナークルーズしか利用できないようです。とはいえ、ヴェルトラは午後6時の予約を確認していました。明らかに連絡が行き違っていました。

ボートに乗った後は、良い時間を過ごし、雰囲気も楽しかったです。

There was a mistake about the time of the reservation. I booked for 6pm and we waited for over an hour because the 6pm dinner cruise was not available. Apparently only the 7 pm dinner cruise is available on weeknights. Veltra did confirm our booking at 6 though. There was definitely a disconnect.

Once we got onto the boat, things were good. We had a good time and the atmosphere was fun.

HPとの差(料理)に、少しガッカリ‼️ それ以外は、スタッフの対応も良く、時間も余裕があり、良かったです。

2018年10月下旬に屋形船ディナークルーズに参加しました。港への道順は明確で、簡単に辿ることができました。地下鉄（大江戸線 - 勝どき駅）でのアクセスも非常に簡単でした。メールで送られてきたヴェルトラのバウチャーを印刷して持参しました。桟橋に着くと、係員にバウチャーを見せて、船に案内してもらいました。

全員が乗船すると、日本語と英語で説明がありました（英語はあまり上手ではありませんでしたが、理解できました）。提供された料理は美味しかったです。メニューから選ぶことがなかった新しい料理をいくつか試しました。料理は次々と出てきて、天ぷらが6種類もあり、満腹になりました。飲み放題の飲み物（アルコールとノンアルコール）も良かったです。何度か日本酒を楽しみました。

船は数か所で停まり、メインの食事エリアの上で写真を撮ることができました。これが選べるのは良かったです。ディナー中に景色を楽しむために、何人かが上に上がっていきました。私たちのグループは楽しい時間を過ごし、食事も楽しみました。他のグループも楽しんでいるようでした。

機会があれば、再度参加したいと思い、素晴らしい体験からハルミヤ屋形船クルーズを特に探したいです。

We went on the Yakatabune Dinner Cruise in late October 2018. The directions to the port were clear and easy to follow. Very easy to get to via the subway (Oedo Line - Kachidoki station). I made sure I printed the Veltra voucher emailed to me. When I got to the pier, I showed the attendant the voucher and he directed us to the boat.

Once everyone boarded, they explained everything in Japanese and English (although the English was not great, it was understandable). The food served was delicious. I tried some new things I would never have ordered if I were to pick from a menu. The food kept coming, they served six types of tempura, and it was filling. All you can drink beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) was good too. We had several rounds of sake.

At several locations the boat stopped for picture taking upstairs above the main eating area. It was nice that this was an option. Several people went upstairs to take in the sights during the dinner. The party I was with enjoyed ourselves and the meal, it looked like the other parties enjoyed themselves as well.

If I had the chance, I would go again and would specifically seek the Harumiya Yakatabune cruise because of the wonderful experience

主人との結婚記念日に何か思い出の品を作りたいと思い、参加させていただきました。グラス選びから始まりましたが、種類もたくさんあり、好きなものを選ぶことができました。体験は練習もきちんとあって説明もわかりやすく、とても安心できました。刃を触っても指が切れたりする心配が全くないので安心して作業を行うことができます。加減は難しいですが、何かあったら先生が手直しもしてくださるので、とても満足できる物が仕上がりました。難しい柄を選んだことで少し時間がかかってしまいましたが、急かすこともなく丁寧に対応していただけましたし、最後にインスタ映えしそうなライトアップした撮影スポットでの撮影もさせていただけました。写真をインスタに載せると、友達からどこでやったのかとたくさん聞かれました。この満足度でこの値段はとてもお安いです！

茶道は素晴らしかったです。ホステスはとても落ち着いていて、私もすぐに落ち着きました。彼女は流暢に英語を話し、私たちの質問にすべて答えてくれました。彼女はお茶の世界について美しい洞察を与えてくれました。私たちがいた茶室は、数秒で東京を離れさせ、外の賑やかな街とは非常に異なる体験を提供してくれます。非常におすすめです！

The tea ceremony was wonderful. The hostess was so calm, I immediately became calm as well. She speaks English fluently and could answer all our questions. She gave a beautiful insight in the world of tea. The tea house we were in transports you out of Tokyo within seconds and gives a very different experience from the bustling city outside. Highly recommended!
